I had an appointment this morning and left my house forgetting a mask. When I got to the office I was told that I had to wear a mask and if I didn't have one I would have to purchase one for a dollar. Why weren't ALL of the employees in the front office wearing one? The man at the computer wasn't wearing one!? It might be different if EVERYONE was masked but they were not. Practice what you preach! They are awesome & accepted my son's Medicaid since he is on disability.

The doctor is so sweet and informative. The staff is so helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make sure I had a smooth transition into being a glasses wearer. I also have brought my daughter in since she was 6... they do wonderful with children! She is always excited to go back for her check up!

Young Lady at desk with short hair is not customer friendly,she she be moved to an area where she doesn't see customers

The doctor was very Polite and friendly with children, however the front desk lady with short hair not so very nice.

Not a place to take small children/toddlers even though they claim to also do pediatrics. Long story short, if I had not gotten a second opinion for my son like I did after seeing this doctor, then my 2 year old son could have went blind!

Worst eye Dr in town. The only thing good about this place are two sisters that work behind the desk. He over corrected my vision... I have since gotten this fixed at a different optometrist office. He was really unprofessional and unprepared to see my 3 year old. At one point when his staff poorly prepped his office he jumped up leaving us abruptly in the office without explanation. When I returned to have my glasses checked because I could NOT see through them the girl at the front jammed them on my head telling me that was the issue. Needless to say I only had obscenities to respond to her with. Find somewhere else. I just paid cash at a different office when my insurance totally covers this place....No thanks. They are great with my 3 year old, great staff.

They have always accommodated me Doctor Vincent is good and has patience staff are very friendly and helpful

I've been going here for 11 years now and I find them to be very professional. Place is very clean, and attention is great. There are a lot of eye doctors out there, but I still go here because of the reputation they've earned.

The front desk staff was less than helpful. When I questioned why she would have me read through the policy, sign the agreement, she then informed me I would not be able to have the procedure due to time when I had originally asked the same question. So I decided that I would wait for another day to have the procedure done , when another staff member said they could do the procedure. Very frustrating and less than helpful and lacked professionalism. The front desk staff was less than helpful. I've been to 3 eye clinics in the Town Lake area in my 11 years of living here, and this is my least favorite place. It took them over 2 weeks to order sample contact lenses for me to try. Then, the imaging machine was broke when my daughter went in for her eye exam, and had 2 additional appointments scheduled before they finally dilated her eyes to complete the exam. Now, I'm on call number 3 within a week's period to order colored contacts, Something I've done other places with NO PROBLEM They keep telling me they'll have the doctor review my request.. and he is either not getting the message, or doesn't want to do. Oh, and don't count on being able to purchase your eye glasses with your insurance there after your exam. They do not accept our insurance to purchase eye wear. WE have to go somewhere else for that. Save you time and go to Thomas Eye Group or Towne Lake Eye Associates if your insurance lists one of them as a provider. Always helpful staff and the doctor is kind and understanding of our daughters shy tendencies

they have the worst customer service ever! Both my daughters broken their frames over the Christmas break, I called to see if they were still under warranty, the woman looks up the account and says one of my girls was and they have the frames and if we bring them in they will warranty them. I send my mother in law over there a few days later and they tell her they aren't under warranty and they cant help her. I speak with them and tell them what I was told and the manager basically just says sorry, they aren't under warranty anymore. So I have to schedule my daughters for an eye exam so they can get new glasses. The first appointment wasn't for almost a month later! Even after pleading with them because my girls have bad eye sight i had to settle for that appointment. Then at the appointment my oldest wanted contacts, so they had to order the sample pair, i get my text to come pick up her eye wear, so my husband brings her today and the lady says, oh, you need to make an appointment for them to show her how to put them in. my husband tells them his wife wears them and she will show her how to. They said, sorry, we cant give you the contacts until she sits with someone from here to learn how to put them in. God forbid they take peoples time into consideration and squeeze her in!! Considering they never told me I would have to make an appointment when they came in. Just that they would send me a text when the contacts came in. This place is unreal! The Doctor is awesome and the staff are always helpful. I've never had any problems and my Husband and I have been going here for several years now. Would recommend and trust sending any family here. Very caring.

Well, my experience has been nothing but the opposite with these folks. The doc is awesome and the front office folks are always helpful in helping my pick out new lenses, etc. I never have an issue with insurance/billing and I've been going to them for several years now. sorry that some may have had a bad experience, but I just wanted to throw my opinion in there too.
