I can't imagine supporting this business when Dr. Le has personally destroyed the businesses and livelihoods of dozens of people through her amoral behavior. Disgraceful!

This place was great came in with pain like no other and the staff were so nice and understanding they got me in and Out at a reasonable time even tho I was a walk in I would definitely recommend this place for your wisdom tooth problems

I came in as an emergency appointment but when I talked Mariana I told her I wanted to do a comp exam but focus on the tooth that was bothering me. She instantly said no problem, when we arrived Mariana greeted us by name when we walked through the doors. Loved it!!! Dr. Huyuh, Laura and Kesha all went above and beyond my expectations. I wouldn't have known how screwed I was, had I not been forced to change dentists. It wasn't that I didn't like Dr. Vivian. She was very nice, as was the office staff. I just ended up having to find someone in network. At Dr. Le's office they told me that one of my wisdom teeth was impacted, and it MAY need to come out, but first they wanted to schedule a gum cleaning. I didn't get the gum cleaning done... I couldn't afford out of network service... but I just gave in and had to find a new dentist before my insurance reset because of pain in my jaw. I went to my new in network dentist and BAM! My "impacted tooth" is wrapped in a nerve, and I'll need to go to an Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon. Not only that, but my wisdom tooth on the other side? Completely sideways. It's not even pictured on my X-rays. The entire tooth is missing. I know, because they forwarded me a copy when I told them I needed to change providers. My insurance paid over $1k for the X-rays and the exam performed at their office, and wouldn't approve me to pay for another dentist for 6 months. Let me reiterate: I paid over $1k for X-rays and an examination of my teeth, in which an entire tooth was missed, which prevented me from seeing another dentist for 6 months. It's one thing to do a good job and have to wait, but to find that I paid good money and had to wait because of a piss poor job? I'm pretty upset. I have a wonderful experience every single time I go! The office is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the doctor always listens to me and does incredible work. I can't say enough great things about this office!

This has been my dentist for over ten years. Me and my mother swear by the institution and haven't been anywhere else! The staff is very professional and friendly. Jackie remembers your name or at least your specific comments or problem teeth! Dr. Huynh is the best and had been since I was 13-years-old. He tells you exactly what's happening while he's doing it, he's encouraging (you're doing good Zaire, we're almost done, way to go Zaire.) He is also informative and understanding. He saw me as a walk-in and pulled my wisdom tooth all within the hour. Not to mention their affordability and flexible options. The facility is clean and well designed. Dr. Huynh and Dr. Le are both phenomenal! The personalized service is the best I have ever experienced! They are more like family than our dentists! They take time with each patient. I can honestly say that I've never had a dentist that I trust and like as much as I do them! They do amazing work!

Probably the most racist incident I've encountered to 50 Years!!! I arrived in October, I stated I wanted my teeth cleaned, they said "no Problem". They gave me this long dissertation about "deep" cleaning and its a must. I told them no and they said, "Well we won't be able to clean your teeth today"! I demanded it because Ms. Le said I could get a "simple" cleaning, they continued to try and dupe me into a "deep" cleaning and I refused and had to demand a "simple" cleaning. I go back this month for a another "simple" cleaning and the told me because I require a "deep" cleaning that they will not give me a "simple" cleaning because I have bacterior in my gums. Who does not?!! They ploy to make excuses for Black folk not to get services is pathetic. If I wasnt old enough to understand, I would have missed this one. Ms Le, stammered and clammered her way thru to tell me just because I have bacterior in my gums that cleaning my teeth wont help and I shouldnt get them cleaned. Ms Le, your a disgrace! I hate going to the dentist and get really bad anxiety even thinking about it so when I saw that Dr. Le had all 5 start reviews, I knew that I needed to give them a try. I called ahead and explained my nervousness and they were very understanding and kind. I had waited over 3 years to go to the dentist due to my anxiety so I needed quite a few cavities filled and ended up need to have wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Le made sure that I had all of the pain management necessary to be more relaxed during the procedures and recommended an oral surgeon for the extractions that ended up being fantastic as well. Great customer service!! After leaving an orthodontist due to poor customer service, coming here was a relief. All of the staff and doctors care about each patient. I went to get my braces removed and a deep cleaning and after my treatment the staff called and checked up on me to make sure i was doing well. I was referred to by my mother and now this is the dentist for my whole family. They are very versatile and can treat majority of dental needs ranging from basic cleanings and fill-ins, to braces and veneers. I would recommend this dentist to anyone!! Great customer service!! The Dentist is amazing and the staff is so helpful. Great environment and customer service. I had a root canal done and did not feel a thing. I was not put to sleep, I was awake. No pain afterward. I recommend this office. If you are looking for a great dentist and great staff.

I had a really good experience. I went to the doctor due to me having a severe tooth ache and the staff was so professional and nice. They not only treated my tooth but they called me at home the following day to check and see how I was doing.

My last visit was excellent. I was stressed out about the work that I needed done, but Dr. Huynh and the staff may be feel comfortable. I would recommended this office to everyone because they are top notch from the front office staff to the dentists.

The staff was very attentive with my 9 year old daughter. She was very nervous about getting restorative work and extractions but they really helped relieve that anxiety. They also made scheduling very easy.

Before any work will be done I have a printed copy of how much its going to cost, what needs to be done, and how much my insurance is going to cover. No surprise bill. At Smile Creators, Dr. Huynh and his staff are the most customer service oriented group you will find in any dental setting. My first experience with Smile Creators office was with my son who is mentally and physically disabled. The staff was very understanding to my son special needs, not only were they very patient with his needs, they took time to explain everything that was going on to him. I went for a cleaning and consultation for braces. The Dr decided that he didn't want to only recommend the clear braces treatment for me because he wanted to speak with the other Dr about the traditional braces. The whole staff and doctors have always been very professional and courteous at all times. I also love their honesty.They could have easily kept the money, but instead paid me back the difference for a procedure that was not quite as complicated as initially expected. I have been going to Dr. Vivian Le Family & Cosmetic Dentistry (specifically Dr. Huynh) since I was in High school, and it is always a pleasure. All of the staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The receptionist gave me all the details needed, including cost, before my first visit and for my follow-up visits.
