My expirence was a pleasure. However it was a most expensive adventure. Most of my appointments was only there to see a assistant. I had many concerns and questions that needed to be addressed to the Doctor himself and not a trainee. This was my first implant and I also was learning. I have been coming here for about a year now and I must say this office is top notch. Dr Barnett and the entire staff here is always professional and competent. Highly recommend this office...

???? I'm so happy with my results. I finally have that Hollywood smile ???? I highly recommend Dr. Colon for the Crown Lenthening procedure. He and his staff is warm and caring. I'm always happy with each visit. So give them a call and change that SMILE!

For the treatment I needed, I was referred to Dr. Colon by my primary dentist . Ahead of my first appointment, I checked out a couple other options as well as the procedures involved for an implant are quite costly. Upon arrival at the office the front desk staff was very friend. After a relatively short wait for my given appointment time, I was taken back to into one of the most modern and high tech medical offices you can possibly imagine for area. The hygienist I met with was very friendly and professional. After taking e-rays and some additional measurements, she very thoroughly explained what would be involved with acquiring a dental implant. Dr. Colon soon followed and was extremely friendly and very thorough in his explanation of the various steps and procedures as well if I elected to move forward. Before walking out of the exam room I was unquestionably convinced what Dr. /facility I would be selecting for treatment, hands down -- Periodontal Associates of N-Fla Dr. ''C''!!! So far I have only had one surgery which took about two hours. I don't remember much about it, mainly that I was treated very well and with extra care. The same hygienist who I met with the first date was in with me again to make sure everything was go-to-go and even gave me a warm blanket as the room was a bit cold. If you are in need of specialty type dental services which this office provides, I assure you that you should look no further. You can truly anticipate to receive the true ''red carpet treatment'' in this very modern, clean and high tech facility. Also, you'll certainly be greeted by a friendly smile with everyone that you encounter; at least I did. Thank you very much Dr. Colon and to each and every one of your staff members that have helped me though this rather extensive process. Step #1 extraction is complete. Numero Uno -- NOT a single ounce ounce of pain and surgery area healed up in a fraction of time with no medication needed for pain, etc. Will see you in the months ahead for Step #2. If ten stars were a rating selection above, I would given it a complete **********. Oddly enough, dentists have always scared me a bit. He spent less than 10 minutes with me, was condescending, fast-talking, corny rehearsed jokes. He had no panoramic xrays of my teeth (just a couple of bite wings), but immediately said I needed osseous surgery to the tune of $7,600. He was rushed, would not stop babbling long enough for me to ask basic questions about common sense alternatives, such as root planning and scaling first. His office staff were not too bright and could not answer my basic questions. Will not go back!!!

A little too expensive just for deep cleaning 5 teeth...Over $1,000 Think that's a little excessive and they aren't that friendly. wait time is also ridiculous. had an appointment at 9:15 and didn't even get called until 10:20....I almost walked out

To start off: I had tried to make an appointment when my husband could take me because of being sedated for a deep cleaning of my bottom teeth, then was planning on getting implants on top. The person scheduling kept trying to give me afternoons when I reminded her three times I needed the appointment on a MONDAY or FRIDAY morning because of Husbands schedule. Did she listen? NO. Finally after several days, I called back. 7 or 8 weeks out, I got a 6:45 AM appt on a WEDNESDAY? SMH OK, we got there at 6:30AM. Waited until almost 7:20 and just left as there was no one around and no one answered phone. We were both ill about that because hubby had to take off work for nothing! When I called that afternoon, I was told they had moved! I didn't need to know this???????? Then, I was told there were notices sent I never got one. No apology whatsoever over that! OK, reschedule again. HAD to get an afternoon appt because these people cannot schedule correctly and do as you ask! I have 8 bottom teeth and they charged almost $1200.00 for deep cleaning and then didn't even get them clean. There is tarter left on one on the outside and 2 on inside. We were told they would file our insurance that day. Did they? NO! Its been over a week and they just now filed it when I had to call after giving them my Ins. card they wanted all this other info. Then, they want more money to finish cleaning. I only have 8 front bottom teeth and for $1200 it should have been done the first time. NEVER will I go back here as they do not know what they are doing, and the office staff is nowhere NEAR friendly! I had found RED HILLS last year when my regular dentist sent me to Dr. Walther. He pulled my 5 front teeth for dentures. This Dr and staff is just awesome! I have an apt to go back there to get my implants. I would NOT recommend this office to a cat! Dr. Colon and Chris were very professional. I liked the visual technology they used during my exam. It helped me see and understand the concerns they found - also gave me an opportunity to ask questions that I probably would not have asked in another doctor's office. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Barnett and his staff were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety. They are all nice and so helpful! The environment is perfect and promotes relaxation! I would recommend everyone to go!

The dental work was satisfactory - which is the most important part of receiving an implant. But I did not feel as if Dr Colon listened to anything I said and when I pointed this out he just belittled me and told me to "ease up." Complete jerk who doesn't care about the patient's feelings.

Was unable to determine who this is to address their concern. At our practice we have a very high standard of care. Sometimes people get confused about the treatment they need and we are always looking for the opportunity to thoroughly explain their needs and options for care.
