Dr. Wayne Anthony Sampson

Dr Sampson wasn't sure of what was going on with a rash/itchy open sores on my hands. He sent me through a crazy 3 hour allergy test with every household detergent, shampoo, soap and lotion I was using at the time.. All the while also sending me to my job as a preschool teacher saying it was just an allergic reaction. I finally went to see a dermatologist because Dr Sampson (who was my primary care doctor at the time) couldn't figure out what was going on. Turns out I had eczema and a MRSA infection which is highly contagious and possibly fatal if not treated. Staff and Nurse Practitioner lie to your face. Don't trust them with my health. Not professional and impossible to deal with. They cover for each other and always blame the patient or a third party. The doctor is more interested in his pain management patients. He also covers for his staff even if they are wrong. They miss important lab results, don't follow up, and if you need refills, its a nightmare. Again, I can't stress this enough, don't trust them with your health.

The staff here really make a difference. Dr. Sampson is a great doctor. My nurse Camila was SO nice!

Was my Dr. for a very short time. Last time I was there a woman was beating her boyfriend in the parking lot because she did not receive the medication she wanted. He had prescribed a medication to me I could not handle and he changed it. I asked him to make a note of it so it wouldn't look like I was receiving multiple prescriptions for the same class of medication. He didn't and got me in trouble with another doctor. Also went in there twice with serious medical conditions. I was in serious enough condition I shouldn't have been conscious. Both times he had me drive myself to the emergency room and both times I was admitted to the hospital in pretty serious condition. I changed doctors.

I have been a patient of dr Sampson for over 2 years and never failed a drug test or had any problems and just got a call from him stating that my appointment I had 2 weeks ago showed in the ua that I had NO subs in my system! I'm 18 weeks pregnant and he did not care about me or the welfare of my unborn child and kicked me to the curb! This is complete BS!! I have less then 2 weeks to find a new dr and get in! If I can't I'll go into withdrawals and there's a very good chance I could lose my child! Dr Sampson is a complete joke and is a racist! I suggest finding a better dr he's a complete waste of time and a liar! I have never missed taking my meds a day in the 3 years I've been on it so there is absolutely no way it wasn't in my system!! Funny part it was in my ua that they tested in the office but supposedly when he sent it off and it came back it showed none!! That's not possible!! I don't know what to do!! They are wonderful doctors

Ugh I got to the waiting room at 9:00 and still sitting here now and its 10:40 what these people got going at this doctor offices Mr. Sampson you need to get it together hire more people of something or retire I like 4Real4Real

I have been a patient of Dr. Sampson for 1 year. Last month I went in and he stopped prescribing me my medication on the spot. He told me that my urine test did not have the medication he prescribed me in it. He lied, I do nothing but take my medicine everyday. When I asked for my test results he did not give them to me. He never returned my calls or messages, then blocked my calls. Dr. Sampson is wrong, very wrong. Luckily I found a new amazing doctor but he almost destroyed my life. I warn you about this doctor. The Dr. & his staff are very nice up front, however they do not listen to anything you say, they lose paperwork given to them and don't accept responsibility. They send you to Dr.s who are not the type of Dr. that you need; several times, and then tell you that it's your fault. Then make you wait another month before they finally send you to the right Dr. All the time telling you that it's all your fault. I chose to go to them, even asked to let me stay, so I accept my fault, terrible Dr.!!

I waited three months to get an appointment. The paperwork consisted of a contract and release of information forms that made me uncomfortable. Didn't want to pay all that money, sign everything and then find out it was not a good fit. It was my first there for a program I had never been a part of. Receptionist agreed to refund my money if after meeting w Dr I decided I didn't want treatment. I was never seen and denied the opportunity to b treated an hour later and given my money back.
