Money making scheme with horrible staff! The only reason I went to this office was because my previous doctor of 10 years passed away. They cut my dosages by more than half without tapering on the first visit, even though I had all my records with me. I've always received 2 refills on my medications per script, but they only write once a month scripts so you have to spend $120+/visit (over twice the amount from my previous doctor), plus out-of-pocket drug testing. I also had other medical issues arise and ended up having surgery and couldn't drive, during my recovery they refused to call in my medication until I was able to make another appointment, which caused additional health issues. One appointment I showed up to they forgot to call to tell me they had to reschedule, another they meant to tell me it was supposed to be a phone appointment because it was during quarantine, ect. I asked for my records to be copied for pickup so I could find a better doctor, which was a hassle in itself getting anyone on the phone or to return calls, was told they would be waiting for pickup, but wasted yet another 45 min trip one-way to get them because upon arrival was told they would only transfer records and wouldn't release them to clients. I've also been waiting to pay for my visits in the secretary area and loudly heard one of the doctors laughing and talking very inappropriately about other clients on more than one occasion. Overall it's the most unprofessional office I've ever been to, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone who wants to receive quality care. Money making scheme with horrible staff! I saw Dr Coleman for approximately 8 years at his clinic in Tifton. I would recommend him to anyone. I worked the program and worked hard at it with GREAT SUCCESS! Dr. Coleman was always on point with my physicals and he always took time to answer my questions and he really understood the problems I was having with my sleep apnea. He is a great Doc and a great person.
