I waited three months to see Dr. Heimer for an appointment that was not cosmetic related. He was very nice, his staff was nice, my visit was great. I went home with a few prescriptions and tried them out for two months as we had discussed. At about month 3 I started having a bad reaction to one of the products that I am on and called to see if I could be seen as it was getting worse and spreading. I was told that they were booking in June... it is February. Now I have to find a new derm.
