My sister has Paracentesis performed biweekly or monthly as needed. We met Dr. Thompson the first time by way of the ER at Baylor Scott White in Rowlett. Dr. Thompson is an excellent physician. Professional, friendly, outgoing. He talks you through the process and has true skill in bringing about peace and calm during the process. I cannot say enough great things about this Doctor. His slight general sense of humor makes him even more comfortable to be around during the medical procedure. More doctors should have his sense of bedside manner and how he brings calmness to his patients. Baylor Scott White received a true diamond when they hired this physician.
