I would like to describe to you all the most unprofessional pediatric experience I have ever encountered! Not only did this individual not know that I had an appointment, but he also greeted me with “Are you in the right place?” Because he was unaware of my appointment, he behaved as though my presence was bothersome. He apparently was on his way “out.”; although the practice had only been open for an hour. As the interaction continued, he stated that my child couldn’t be seen because he need records that he never informed me about prior. I proceed to cancel the appointment, only to be met with his insensitive banter. In conclusion, this is an incredibly RUDE and INCOMPETENT doctor. Completely and UTTERLY unprofessional! I urge you strongly to choose another pediatrician!

An absolutely RUDE and INCOMPETENT practitioner. His practice is extremely poorly run. I came to see this individual as a new patient. When I entered the office, he greeted me with a look of confusion and stated "Are you in the wrong place?" I stated that I had an appointment and I was a new patient. He expressed frustration, stating "Oh, well I was on my way out" - as if to suggest that my presence was bothersome and unwanted. After the rude interaction, I suggested to the receptionist that I should cancel my appointment because I am unsatisfied with his "bed-side manner." To which he replied, "Yes, canceling is best because this isn't going to work." At that point, I informed him of his immense unprofessionalism and suggested that he takes a class in ethics and improve his interpersonal competence!!!!!
