In April 2021 Dr. Ort performed a revisionist facelift on me that was very successful. In October 2021 she injected fillers into my cheeks (by my request). In June 2022 Dr. Ort injected fillers in my cheeks (by my request). My facelift and fillers look great. My face looks refreshed and natural. Dr. Ort did an excellent job removing my sagging jewels and neck during the facelift. The fillers added a bit of volume to my cheeks. I have an issue with my buccal fat and Dr. Ort has been, out of the many doctors I have consulted with, the most helpful and experienced. I have faith in her advice and knowledge on the subject and I will be sure to follow it. I had a rhinoplasty last year in July and Dr. Ort did a wonderful job! She listened to what I wanted and even took time the morning of the surgery to go over any concerns and questions I had. I felt immediately comfortable after my consultation with her and it was an easy decision to choose her, and I’m someone who overthinks everything so that was big for me. I had Rhinoplasty done here and y’all it was fabulous!!! Everyone there is SO SWEET and friendly!! Very good at communicating through text and with keeping me updated on things! During the Consultation Dr.Ort answered all my questions and was very professional. Personally I already liked my nose and didn’t want anything drastic. I mainly went in because when I smiled my nose widen and overall, it could be perfected. With these requests she listened really well and went above and beyond my expectations!! It's very difficult to find a surgeon who creates real but natural change to Asian faces, but Dr. Ort is an extremely trustworthy master artist and also a true caregiver. 2 weeks ago I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Yirae Ort's office for my rhinoplasty, the first of several procedures for me (trans MTF). She did a wonderful job on my nose - making it much more feminine and graceful, reflecting an excellent understanding of aesthetics, particularly the concepts of aesthetic harmony and balance. I actually like my nose now! Dr. Ort is also very soothing and calming in demeanor (hard to find in the 'high-octane' professions, like surgeons, lawyers, executives, etc.), and managed my expectations around recovery experience perfectly. Her office is very responsive via email (my preferred medium) and her assistant, Catherine, extremely polite and forthcoming. I would most definitely recommend a consultation with Yirae Ort's office for anyone considering work on their face, and will be returning in the coming months for equally extensive work on my brow and forehead.

Dr. Ort did a phonomenal job on my facelift and my upper & lower eyelid surgery. I'm in my 60s, but people don't believe it. Friends comment that I look 15 years younger than I actually am. What amazes me the most is that I still look like myself without the pulled look; I have a smoother face contour and my jowls/cheek sagging are so much more improved. Dr. Ort being very personable and knowledgable. Helped me come to the conclusion that she was just the right person to perform cosmetic surgery for me. I explained the things that bothered me the most and she told me that not only could she address those, but also restore some the the other things that I thought I had to live with. After a wonderful consultation with my husband present and her patiently answering and explaining the procedure I decided to go ahead. The results were very successful.
