Horrible time management doesn’t care.

I love Dr Ro he truly cares about his patients ..he doesnt have much time that's my only complaint but that is only because he has so many patients that love him

His way of medicine is XANAX...worst Dr ever! He must be making millions on how much XANAX he prescribes

I've been to his office few times and every time I go, the staffs are very courteous. Communication is very effective in this office. Dr. Ro is very intelligent and trustworthy. He is easy to approach and listens well to my health concerns. He takes his time with me and encourages to ask questions. The office is very clean and always look neat.

Dr. Ro has always been thorough with me and I love the staff there. They are very friendly and generous.

Dr. Ro has been my primary for years and every visit was smooth and straight to the point. Dr. Ro is very trustworthy and always willing to take the extra step in getting me back to health. My entire family comes to him as well and we are all very satisfied with his service. He's great and i would recommend him to anyone !

The front lady is loud and horrible. The way she treats patients are just speechless. I like Dr. Ro but i won't go back.

I have had nothing but unprofessional experiences at this doctors office regarding both the front desk staff as well as Dr. Ro. Dr Ro has always been short with me and very fast to write a prescription as if he is always in a rush; which he is (there's always atleast a 30 minute wait.) He has wrongfully prescribed me medicine on a number of occasions causing symptoms to worsen and resulting in having to see another doctor. The front desk staff is always bickering with each other out loud.

I visited Dr. Ro’s office for annual physical checkup, and I made an appointment over the phone. I was please to speak with the staff who knew the open time for me to get a schedule. Office was clean and neat, staff was kind and professional. After signing in within couple of minute I had meeting with Dr. Ro, who was kind, good listener and able to explain my condition, and explain physical exam process. After the meeting, I was escorted by staff and did physical. It was 4 exams, and every exam was explained well by staff, whole thing took about 1hr. This was my first time and this was actually fun for me. After the physical, they took my blood (I HATE needle, but this was quickly done), and urine. I took little rest in waiting area, and had a meeting with Dr. Ro regarding the result of physical. He spoke in gentle manner and soft, I felt good. I highly recommend Dr. Ro, and I will be back.
