Best surgeon ever.Very caring.He goes out of his way for his patient. Dr.Salyapongse replaced my both knees and I had no complexion.His post op care was very good too. I am very happy with his work. God bless him.

My first ever surgery in 65 years of age. Not only did the doctor replace my right knee, I had him replace my left as well only 3 months later. Dr. Salyapongse is the best ever.

Dr. Salyapongse is the most amazing orthopedic surgeon and an artist, too! He has a great bedside manner, and is so considerate and thoughtful. He listens to everything you have to say, and takes all of it into consideration. He operated on my right knee (total knee in 2018) - and although I had originally thought that I would never have the other knee operated on - I went ahead with that second knee the following year because of Dr. Salyaponge's skill and the good experience I had with the first one. Just to mention - in contrast - I had seen another orthopedic doctor in Pleasanton before meeting Dr. S., and that doctor was so condescending, arrogant and unfeeling, that I left his office close to tears vowing to never go back. I asked my rn daughter, to find the top ortho dr for a knee replacement. I then checked with my Primary Care person for her recommendation. Both named Dr. Saylapongse. Made an appointment, and met with him. I see why he is in such high demand. I have total trust and confidence in the decisions we made for my surgery.

Dr. Salyapongse made a huge impact in how I'm able to live my life. I was referred to him by an ortho doc who trained under him and felt he was the person who could be trusted with a complicated hip injury. I had met with many other surgeons who were quick to diagnose based on imaging, but Dr. Salyapongse took the time to understand my actual experience. As a result, he created a plan that took my lifestyle into account, gave me a realistic picture of what I could expect, and helped me avoid surgery.
