Nam X Nguyen

I am a 69 year old woman and might I add, I am scared to death of needles. I went to my regular doctor and was told I needed to see a gynecologist. Since I haven’t been to one since 1977, I needed to do some research. I had a very uncomfortable issue going on and I needed to have something lanced and irrigated, however, before that could be done, I needed shot(s) to numb the very uncomfortable area first. Then he needed to drain the area and pack it and stitch it for it to heal. As painful as it was, Dr. Nguyen was as gentle as he could be and explained everything he needed to do and when he was finished, you could tell he was very concerned and compassionate and wanted to make sure he didn’t hurt me too much and was I going to be OK. I went back today to get the packing and stitches out and he said he was very pleased with what he saw. He made another appointment to check everything out in 2 weeks. If there were 10 stars to give him, I would have given him 10! Do not hesitate to go to him and I highly recommend him. He has incredible bedside/office manners! Dr.Nguyen delivered my baby and I could not have had a better doctor. He never makes you feel rushed and takes the time to answer any and all of your questions. He puts you at ease and helps you understand the process and any concerns. He goes above and beyond for his patients. It’s a pleasure to have had him as my OB. I will definitely go back to him if we have another child. I highly recommend him. It’s so important to have a good OB who gives you peace of mind and be confident. I couldn't recommend him enough. This is my second child and I met Doctor Nguyen when I first moved to California and needed a post partum checkup after giving birth to my son. He made me feel extremely comfortable from the beginning and now ON PURE COINCIDENCE I ended up getting him as my OBGYN for this pregnancy. (I didn't know he left the Tracy Sutter Health and moved to Dublin). He is overall just a kind soul and you can tell he truly enjoys his job! He's very calm and relaxed at my appointments and I'm never in there waiting longer than 5-10 minutes as well as him being super quick signing and sending paperwork needed for external places. Sidenote: My mom always told me that male gynecologist were more gentle and just overall treated women better than a lot of female gynecologist she's known and I honestly never understood that because all the male gynecologist I had seen were not very nice and they were just extremely awkward... So in my opinion, Doctor Nguyen is one of the best male gynecologist I've seen thus far and if you're a woman and just feel a bit uncomfortable with male doctors I totally get it but there's absolutely no need to feel that way if you have to see Doctor Nguyen. I've been a patient of Dr. Nguyen's for approximately 14 years. Am always very selective about what Doctors I will go to verses not. Dr. Nguyen is a kind soul with a heart of gold. I cannot recommend him enough for anyone that needs an outstanding OB/GYN Doctor. He is professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for his patients. He is excellent with answering questions you may have and never makes you feel rushed. His passion is his patients. Thank you Dr. Nguyen for the Doctor that you are! He is the best obgyn I’ve had and he’s delivered many of my babies!! Excellent doctor

Dr. Nguyen has been my doctor since 2012. He delivered our first son then again in 2018, another baby boy. Both of my pregnancies, Dr. Nguyen was there from the beginning to the end. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. He is caring, understanding, and very knowledgeable. He left Sutter Gould December 2018, moved to Sutter East Bay, and October 2019 he left Sutter East Bay again. I hope that he will keep practicing around Tracy area. I will keep following him. Dr. Nguyen just don’t go to Kaiser, because if you do go to Kaiser, then I am screwed because we are not Kaiser.

Dr. Nam Nguyen is by far the best OBGYN I have ever seen. I have had a myriad of ovarian issues and have seen a dozen OBGYNs and he is by far the absolute best! When I was pregnant with my first son, I had several high risk factors. This included a life threatening visit an on call doctor who blatantly dismissed me. As soon as Dr. Nguyen heard that I had been in, he followed up immediately and took all precautions to keep my son and I safe. He kept a close eye on both myself and my son. He

Dr Nguyen is the best Dr. I could have ever asked for to deliver my child. He was caring, honest, and never pushed for anything I wasn't comfortable with. He prepared me from the beginning that I would most likely be going into labor later since I was a first time mom. During my actual labor he helped me feel safe and calm and let the process happen mostly natural (I got an epidural). There was never a time when I questioned anything. I cannot recommend him enough.

Dr. Nam Nguyen is gentle and modest. He is so honest with me during pregnancy period. He gave me a well take cares. I felt comfortable with him. He and his staffs answered every my calls even at late night when I got fever, gave to me valued advises to relieve pain. How nice he is when he visited me after giving birth at hospital. I just feel lucky and great time with him.

Dr. Nguyen is a wonderful physician. I saw him yesterday for the first time and couldn't recommend him more. I have a personal history of breast cancer and underwent mastectomy in 2015; he listened carefully to me and understood what I have been through completely. He is compassionate and treats his patients with the utmost respect. He spends lots of time with his patients and I feel I can trust 100% his decisions concerning my health in the future. I believe he is the best OBGYN doctor in town.

I went in to have my iud taken out and then put a new one in. When he came into the room he talked to me like I was a person vs just jumping into the job and leaving. He made me feel very comfortable and I will definitely be going back to him.

He is very nice, professional and gentle. I like him very much. I was reluctant to visit a male OB at first. However, he changed my mind after the first visit. He is even better than female OB.

Dr. Nguyen was so personable during my visit. He answered so many of my questions with such knowledgable answers. He gave me sound suggestions regarding my health that really made sense. He immediately gained my trust. I am definitely glad that I was referred to him.
