I met Dr. Chou for the first time today and immediately felt at ease and in good hands. She listened, she asked questions and actually touched on a few things I would not have thought of. She ordered the standard tests for someone my age (annual physical) and I have already received the results, literally, within 4hours of the blood draw. I was "assigned" Dr. Chou as my primary care physician had left and I wasn't sure what to expect but she is great and I look forward to establishing a report.

Dr. Jayaram-Chou is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She is caring, kind and takes the time to really connect with you and make you feel comfortable. She is very thorough and explains everything she's thinking clearly to you. She also asks if you agree with her approach of treatment, so you feel like your opinino matters. The online PAMF system is wonderful and they now even have an iphone app that allows me to get messages, make appointments, check test results etc. Dr. Jayaram is also willing to send quick emails to you. She's an all around great doctor. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Jayaram is a wonderful doctor. I have been going to her for a years now and find her warm and friendly while still saying objective. I love that she always remembers details about my life and asks how my family is doing. I highly recommend her.
