He is one of the best in the business. He has taken care of me for many years, his goal is to be sure your health may be the best it might be.

Dr. Adel is a true physician. He takes his time to listen, uses common sense, and thinks on you and your complaints to address the problem. His practice offers b12 injections as a walk in ( once established) which is very convenient. He offered advice to use a natural supplement for a liver condition that no other dr had bothered to tell me about. He treats you as a person and not as a disease or number. I’m glad I found Dr. Adel and you will be glad you did, also. Dr. Zakhary and his staff are very attentive to all matters of health, head to toe. Dr. Zakhary does not seem hurried during his appointments. He listens and asks questions. He puts you at ease because he seems at ease. Quality care from an excellent doctor. I am thankful he is “my doctor.”

Dr Zakhary at A-Z Internal Medicine is a superior Doctor… if I could give him 10 stars I would! He corrected a concerning health issue I had for several years… on my first visit he listened to what I had to say …and within minutes he knew exactly how to correct my issues…. UPDAYE !! Well it has been almost 1 year since Dr. Zakhary's diagnosis that sent me to the emergency room in June 2020. Since June with Dr. Zakhary's guidance,wisdom, and knowledge I have managed to lose 60lbs. Lower my A1-C to 5.0 and save my kidneys. Kidney function is now at 45. I also had a total knee replacement in November 2020. I now walk 3 miles per day, everyday & work out on exercise bike 20 minutes per day. I strongly recommend Dr. Zakhary for your primary care physician. I have never felt more in control of my health. I am 66 and I feel 45 years old. Make your decision to be healthy not sick. I was a patient of Dr. Zakharys, until my previous doctor came back to his practice so I left and now I want to come back again, but it says he takes new patients but he won't accept my husband. If he is taking new patient, why won't he take my husband. He has high blood pressure, diabieties, heart problems, he has parkinsons, but we have a doctor for that and also for his heart problems. I would like him checked out he has some problems which have not been taken care of by his primary doctor.

Dr Zakhary is an excellent Health care provider. He always talks with me during my visits and discusses my current health condition and the reason for my visit. He goes over my prescription medications and other over the counter medications and vitamin supplements. He always checks my physical condition during my visit. Also, his staff is very helpful and will answer any questions related to follow up visits and medications.

I visited Dr. Zachary for my health needs to identify, diagnose and treat my acute medical condition requiring professional medical care. Dr. Zachary provided thorough examination, prognosis and diagnosis examination and diagnostics via his chain of associates to properly and promptly heal my medical issue. Extremely rude staff, terrible customer service, they lie as they breath! total waste of time and money, My mother had an appointment a week prior to her specialist appointment she requested 3 different referrals, after a lot of nonsense at the visit, I called the next day to check If they are going to apply for the pre-authorizations, they said they will take care of it, fast forward the day before her specialist appointment, we called the office to make sure all been taken care of, nothing happened they didn't do anything! they said they are going to do it right now! we called the insurance company and got them engaged they called the office while we are on the line, the lady who answered (extremely rude as usual) claimed that she already filed the request, which was a lie! the insurance representative didn't see any requests whatsoever, asked for confirmation code, she kept stalling then put us on hold for 20 mins! at the same time they called us from a seperate phone asking for the dr. location we want to go to! if they have already sent the request why would they need that now!, after they hang up I switched back to the call with the representative, turned out she hang up on him, he called back 3 more time they kept picked up putting us on hold then hanging up or just hanging up directly, eventually the fourth time they answered and gave us the pre-authorization code for 2 doctors out of the 3! we asked about the 3rd dr.! she said she didn't know about it! we gave her his info. again (which they already had a week prior). ended the call, after that we called BCBS pre-authorization department to verify the authorization codes she gave us, turned out she gave us a bulgus code for one of the doctors as I expected! to this day they have not sent the 3rd referral request yet, the initial visit was on 1/23. There's A LOT more to the story but I chose to let it slide for now as the doctor called my mom personally. Dr Zakhary sounds like a doctor I would like, but when I called his office to inquire about an appointment, the person who answered the phone hung up on me. When I called back, the second person was very curt and disinterested in and gave vague answers to my questions. Needless to say, I did NOT make an appointment.

Dr Zakhary is a great doctor. He makes it easy to get in, especially when there is a problem. He saw me the same day, when I called and said I was sick. He always listens to you, and you never feel rushed. His staff is great. You can always speak with a person when you call, instead of having to leave a message on voicemail. I’m 63 year old and self pay. My first visit I had with Dr ZaKhary it was amazing. He took his time to examine me and ask me about my health. Then he ordered to do all my blood work which I’m diabetic and when all my test he got back. I went back for second visit. Then he told me all about my medicine and he even try to help me how to get cheaper medicine thru coupon. He was great person and excellent doctor. His staff was very helpful. I would give him the highest recommendation the exist.

I wouldnt recommend him as a Dr. To anyone. You can't go in for a simple office visit without him wanting you to see 2 or 3 different specialist, or having 2 or 3 different test done in his office. Then you jump through all his hoops, spend all this money for testing, which in my case all came back normal (No surprise, nothing was wrong, he was running unnecessary test) then when I try to get a refill on my diabetes and blood pressure medications he refuses unless I come in to see him. That's unethical if you ask me. I work and couldn't get off to go into to see him immediately so he dropped me as a patient and didnt even notify me. If your looking for a good caring physician look somewhere else. Dr. Zakhary seems to be in it only for the money and his staff is rude and unprofessional. Cathy L. When I called your ofc I was told that you would not refill my medication without seeing you first. I was completely out of my medication or I would have not been requesting a refill. In the time I have been your patient I have never once been told I needed to see you every 3 months, never. 3. It has been 9 months now but it was only 6 months when this began. I have tried for the last month to contact your office. No one answers the phone. The recording directs you to set up an apt. Online. I attempted to do this. Sent a msg. Requesting to make an apt. And never received a response. 4. I have the documents showing you ordered, in your ofc. Or requested I see specialist or have procedures done. 5. Please have your facts straight about me before you attempt to discredit my review. Or is it just easier to twist things around to suite your needs. Either way I dont care but you should consider what you might be doing to your patients by abruptly cutting off there needed medication? Is that a caring Dr.?? Is that ethical?? I think not. Dr. Zachery is a great doctor. You don’t feel rushed with him. He takes the time to listen and talk about how you feel.

He has taking the lead in diagnosing my ills and what todofor them. He has a list of people who can do things that he cannot do which he low.
