Dr. Song Young Lee

Dr. Lee is very compassionate and listens carefully to his patients. I do not feel rushed during my visit and I feel that he takes as much time as is necessary. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Lee.

Wonderful way of listening, asking questions and guiding the health of our family for the last 20+ years. Physicians like Dr Lee are the bedrock of a healthy health system. He gives back too through Rotary and teaching at the TCU Medical School.

Terrible. Unaccountable and really doesn’t not take charge of his patient’s proactive health

I have been seeing Dr. Lee for about 20 years. He does take the time to listen and is very easy to talk to. I also find his office staff to be outstanding.

Dr. Lee has been my family’s PCP for 20+ years. He is an excellent health care provider that is compassionate, caring and professional. And Dr. Lee is a good at asking questions and listening to the answer to ensure he understands the situation. Chelsea is the office manager and scheduler. She is very patient and helpful.

Save your time and your health and go to another doctor. His office couldn't care less about your health. I was diagnosed with Covid-19 and needed monoclonal antibodies because of my health conditions. They sent a referral to MPP INFUSION late on Friday and found out late Monday morning they stopped doing monoclonal antibodies over a month ago. Monday once again I called no answer and left a message. Had to call 3 more times to got someone. There is a window of when you can get Monoclonal antibodies and it is very short but they really didn't care. Now to top it off Dr. Lee released me as a patient as I'm still fighting Covid-19. Now I'm stuck looking for a new doctor with Covid because his office was to overwhelmed. Save your time and your health and go to another doctor. His office couldn't care less about your health. My husband is sick...need Chelsea to call Baylor to get the antibodies approved and when I called to ask if she did it...she said she is waiting to do it on her lunch break...so my husband is getting worse with Covid and needs the antibodies...but lunch is more important...that's great ..thank you for your concern. The best is, they pay other sites so you cant leave negative reviews... Dr. Lee is very good, had answered all my concerns and set me up with two referrals. Chelsea is first rate in the front office, will be back to visit.

Nothing like having the receptionist as the gate keeper and controlling the doctor...its a shame...nice doctor...if he doesnt get someone new to work their, many patients will run...

Dr Lee takes time to listen to patients concerns and is able to renew prescriptions in a timely manner. Dr Lee is very knowledgeable about medicine and is careful to only do what is best for the individual and that is why I highly recommend Dr Song Lee.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Lee for many years and he is the most caring doctor we have ever had. He makes you feel very comfortable and he spends all the time it takes to take care of your concerns. His office staff is equally kind and caring, they will always work you in to see the Dr. if you need to get in. I would highly recommend Dr. Song Lee!!!

Dr. Lee himself is a wonderful Doctor. The same cannot be said for his office staff. They are the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered at a medical practice. The office culture they embrace can best be described as "arrogant". They operate from the perspective of gatekeepers as opposed to providing good customer service. I've had several instances where they do not return calls calls and are very cocky and demeaning if you "dare" to challenge them or question them with legitimate concerns. I would hope that Dr. Lee becomes aware of the level of hostility his staff initiates towards his patients, otherwise his practice will suffer. I would advise everyone to avoid this practice unless you want to deal with the frustration his incompetent office staff is becoming locally infamous for.

I was charges $390 for a 15 minute follow up appointment. When I called multiple times to inquire about the billing, they treated it like a Mob shake down. "Pay the bill or we can send it to collections, it is up to you." I was with the Dr for less than 10 minutes at this visit They will screw you on the billing

It's so great to have a doctor that's such a great listener. He remembers stuff that I've forgotten. And he asks all the right questions. Very thorough!

Dr.Lee is a very caring doctor and he takes his time to look at all the details. Very patient and a good listener. God bless him and his family. He is a rare find.

Dr. Lee has been the Primary Care Physician for our whole family. In addition to great care, he also takes a Personal Interest in every one of us. We trust his counsel and appreciate his bedside manner...you NEVER feel rushed, but rather that you're the most important patient he'll see that day. His staff reflect the same attitude.

Our family was fortunate to receive a referral years ago, recommending Dr. Lee. We have found him to be the consummate professional: knowledgeable, dependable & trustworthy. The real surprise has been Dr. Lee’s “bedside manner,” taking time to thoughtfully listen and provide substantial answers. We’ve never seen a PA. Dr. Lee is a dedicated physician to his patience—(not to his bottom line!). My wife, two kids & I highly recommend Dr. Song Lee to you and yours!

Sat in office for 30 minutes to have Dr. Lee come in and talk to me for 3 minutes and as I was talking to have him walk out. When a doctor does this to you don't walk but run and find someone who cares.....

Called to get an appointment and no one called me back after saying they would. Then I call again to check and they were out of the office for holiday. I call again today and am told they are no longer accepting patients. Very disappointing as I have even given Dr. Lee's name to others after reading about him. Great Doctor. Highly Recommend. Very caring and understanding.

Dr Song Lee has a true calling to the medical profession. Dr Lee has been the doctor of our entire family of 9 for more than 17 years. We have family members as young as 16 years old and as old as 88 years old. He takes time to get to know each person and during our visits he knows what to ask to help us. He demonstrates outstanding knowledge of medicine and treatments. He does whatever necessary to treat each one of us with the outmost caring and competence. I have been a patient of Dr. Lees for many years and I would highly recommend him. He is a genuinely nice person and cares about his patients. He doesn't rush and he makes you feel like you are his only concern when he is with you.

First off, big fan of Dr. Lee. For the record, I've tried several times now to call and pay an invoice, but no one answers and the voicemail does note let you leave a message. Can someone from the office please call or clear out your inbox. thx.

Doctor Lee is simply the best doctor I have ever seen. He cares about healing, it's his focus and his passion. In 40 years of various severe and mild medical conditions, I've never met a doctor I have more respect for. When I see Dr. Lee, I feel like I'm the only thing he's focused on. He has that rare ability to make you feel like you are the most important thing in his life when he's talking to you. He exudes a sense of calm and peace that makes you feel better before you even tell him what's wrong, a quiet confidence that everything will be ok. Dr. Lee has been my doctor for a couple of years and I wouldn't trade him for anyone. He's very nice, caring, understanding, and listens without rushing.
