Beyond the horrible treatment of one of his Drs this place is great. I never leave bad reviews but this is the 2nd time this woman has been horrible to my family

The FAA AME I had visited regularly for many years had retired. Researched the FAA database of area AMEs, their qualifications and patient reviews. Chose to contact the office of Dr. Ashdown to schedule an appointment to renew my FAA Medical Certificate. Dr. Ashdown and his staff were competent, courteous, professional and adhered to all the current pandemic protocols. Dr. Ashdown determined I met the requirements and was able to issue my new FAA Medical Certificate. Plan to return to Dr. Ashdown for my next renewal.

D. Ashdown is a very caring physician and takes ample time to review medical history do exam etc. I never feel rushed. And fell that I receive great medical care.

My experience here has been excellent. Always fast and caring staff.

I just became a new patient here today and I'm extremely pleased I changed to this provider. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, from the start of my visit until I left. I felt heard and I know that if I have any questions in the future they'll be willing to take the time to explain their answers.

Straight 5 stars. Everything from making appointment to the visit is exemplary. I use the mychart App for everything such as appointments, prescription refills, test results, sending questions to Dr. So easy to use and excellent responsiveness from staff and Dr. I'm very happy with the service and extremely short wait times. Much better than Tri-County Family Medicine of Dansville, NY that had wait times of 45-75 min averages.
