Absolutely amazing at his practice! I’ll never go to another OB for my babies. ❤️ Hoping to keep him as my gyno!

Doesn't take concerns seriously and doesnt seem to care enough to look into them. Always on vacation it seems, makes it very hard to get an appointment. Any time I have tried to schedule one, no matter the urgency or my concern level, it was at least a two week out appointment. Do not recommend. Not impressed with the level of care that is provided there. Any other doctor would have gotten me an appointment within a week and would have put me on a cancelation list. Instead, he calls back and says that my concern is not serious and is telling me what is going on with MY body, what he told me doesn't even relate to my situation. I am looking for a new doctor, even if it means a 45 minute to an hour drive. Doesn't take concerns seriously and doesnt seem to care enough to look into them. Very kind, respectful, and still has a personality that's kinda goofy but his personality makes you more comfortable.

The best doctor I ever had! He delivered my sons, I would still have him as my doctor but I moved from the area.

Dr. Rubert is a very nice and happy guy, I wouldn’t want anyone else to be my OB! Made carrying my first child not scary at all.

I was consulting with Dr Andres about having a surgery after many standard tests,,mammogram numerous ultrasounds.it was decided I did require surgery for my issues ,I felt very comfortable with this Dr after sitting and talking and he explained things very well.i had been seeing him in the wellsville office which is about 35 minutes from me.i will say I had been all set for the surgery that's when I encountered his nurse CHARLENE...This woman set me up assured me i would be all set ,that Dr would have to just call my insurance and explain my procedure, after weekly calls where iwas assured I would be covered and told to do all these things , I went and did the preop the bloodwork etc, I was told to call the day before surgery where after 2 months I was told I needed to call CHARLENE because she didn't get it cleared with the insurace,I called she was very unaapolegetic said she didn't need to phone me about this,AFTER my fiancee took time off work my daughter's father took time off to keep her longer ,and my daughter being stressed about this procedure!I will say I am deeply disappointed with that whole wellsville office I would NOT recommend in the least, very rude staff and not very educated.. Dr. Rupert always takes the time to explain procedures and answers questions and concerns in a way that anyone can understand. The staff is very caring and compassionate.
