Ajay Chawla

Dr. Chawla is a wonderful doctor. He is caring and is a good diagnostician. We do not feel rushed in our check-ups. He will refer you to a another good doctor if you have an ailment that requires a specialist in that field. We have never had long waits at his office, and we have gone to him for several years. We can't say enough good things about Dr. Chawla.

Dr. Charles has been my primary care physician for over a decade. Before that I went Dr Chan. Dr Chan was a caring person, and Dr Chawla is even better than that. I can't imagine going to anyone else. My wife and I are in our mid 60's. I really wouldn't trust anyone else.

My wife and I are both patients of Dr Chawla and we are about 60 years old. He is simply the best Dr that we have ever had hands down. He and the entire staff are competent, compassionate, caring and friendly. Simply the best.....

Dr. Chawla is the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever been to. I absolutely love him.

The 2 stars is in regards patient services and the staff. I've been a patient for about 7 years. The entire office is never on the same page. Hours of operation change and patients are not notified, the prescriptions that you have to pick up in person can only be picked up between 8:30-2:30 M-Th and till 1:30 on Fridays... regardless if you have a job. They don't care. They don't make any apologies for any inconsistencies in practice, service, or patient care. If you complain, they basically shrug their shoulders and dare you to find another doctor. I feel bad because Dr. Chawla is really good, but the staff lacks patient communication. There are no clear, consistent procedures on prescription refills and pick up. I was told it depends on who takes your call or message. Also, the billing is a nightmare as it is out sourced. The best doctor I ever had by far and I consider him a friend.

There is no better dr than Dr. Chawla. He is very caring, and thorough dr. He took my dad and told him he will get him to the best quality of life he can. He sure did. Not only worked with dad but my mom and I as well. Very patient in making made sure mom and I knew what was going on with dad and what was to follow. I could call him at ant time and he would always return my calls. There were times he even called us to see if we needed any questions answered or need any help. Can’t say enough

I feel blessed to have Dr. Chawla as my family physician! I am overwelmed with the compassion and loyalty that he and his staff show on a daily basis.
