My son went to get his glasses repaired at winbigler where he got them and they told us they drop his insurance company and could not help. so my son has to go without glasses until I can find a new provider.

Great people to deal with! ????

I was very disappointed with my visit. I was so excited to go and get new glasses. I called and have my insurance, they said they were in network and a provider. Of course when I got there they called to verify. When I'm finished with my appointment, I'm told to pick out a pair of glasses. I asked what my insurance covers and after waiting 20 minutes for an answer they said it only covered my exam and I'd have to go somewhere else for my glasses. Now I've received a $228 bill for the exam :/
