I wouldn’t even know where to begin. I think first and foremost, my husband and I were immediately told we needed IVF because we were both cystic fibrosis carriers. So ok, we decided to seek out a more affordable option (CNY). I discussed my painful periods with Dr Jain and this was dismissed. I was concerned I had endometriosis. I had a laparoscopy before jumping into ivf with CNY. I had endometriosis EVERYWHERE. I conceived naturally with no fertility medication IN JUST A FEW SHORT MONTHS. This brings me to the present. We had genetic testing on our baby and ourselves again just to verify CF gene to which our surprise guess what???? NEITHER MY HUSBAND NOR I were CF carriers. We are 12 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby girl and this could’ve never happened with Dr Jain. He ignored me as a patient AND LIED TO US to coerce us into PGD testing our embryos which gets extremely expensive extremely fast that we did not NEED! I wouldn’t even know where to begin. I have had 3 IUI’s with Dr. Jain and will not be seeing him again. His whole office feels like a factory. He has a terrible ‘bedside’ manner and I often felt shamed by him about my age. I am 39, and know exactly how old I am. He was very negative. While performing my last IUI, he was talking about my need for IVF, DURING the procedure. He insulted me for going to acupuncture. He also said things like, I always forget which side your cyst is on. I wanted so badly to like Dr. Jain and believe in him but I was horrified by his behavior at my last procedure and do not encourage anyone to be put through dealing with him during such a sensitive and emotional time in their life. I encourage Dr. Jain to reflect on the way he has made people feel and work deligently to treat his patients better or change jobs. I have had 3 IUI’s with Dr. Jain and will not be seeing him again. Dr. Jain has been wonderful to work with. He is very professional, honest, and straightforward. A good friend recommended him, and I'm grateful I listened.

Hi i am Radha, 29 year old with pcos. I had irregular cycles and struggling to get pregnant. Dr Jain handled our situation with great patience and had smile on his face at every visit. He was patient and did not suggest any unnecessary tests and just gave me letrozole and it worked. I recently delivered a baby boy.

I highly recommend Dr Jain. We are not pregnant yet. We’re in the middle of an IUI cycle but my opinion of Dr Jain won’t change regardless of whether we’re successful in having a baby or not. I’ve read all the reviews and I can see where some are coming from but wanted to give my insight. Dr Jain is busy. There’s no doubt about that. He is very direct and does not sugar coat anything. I personally appreciate the directness. Since we started seeing him in February, he has been very transparent about where we stand in the process, good or bad. No, it’s not always easy to hear but he’s not rude or crass. He’s just honest. Yes I’m 38 and my age has been mentioned. It’s a factor in fertility. I do not take offense to it. I take it more as him attempting to inform of potential roadblocks to achieving a successful pregnancy. His transparency has allowed my husband and I to make educated and informed decisions regarding our treatment plan and that’s what we needed. This is an emotional and sensitive process and while the truth isn’t always easy to hear, it’s necessary to prepare for what’s to come. I’ve seen people say he doesn’t remember locations of cysts, meds, etc. He has walked in before to see me and said “refresh me on when you started clomid” or something like that but I don’t take offense to that either. He’s busy. He’s attempting to help NUMEROUS other women in the same situation, running labs, procedures, ultrasounds, and meds for all of them. I don’t blame him for needing a refresher when he walks in to see me because he helps so many women on a daily basis and all of them are having the same if not more tests, procedures, labs, and ultrasounds as I am. I’m sure it’s hard to keep every case straight. Some reviews made mention of his office being an assembly line and they’re right. It really is. But it has to be. In one IUI cycle I’ve already had two ultrasounds, a HSG, labs, meds, and Rx shots that have to be ordered and we’re not even two weeks into my cycle. Every woman under his care is being closely monitored by Dr Jain and the only way to orchestrate ALL of that for every woman is by being a well oiled machine. I am always impressed with how smoothly the office runs especially with so many moving parts to each patient’s case. I don’t know if IUI will work or if we’ll move to IVF if it does not but I know Dr Jain will do anything he can to help us achieve our goal of having a baby. That’s all we can ask is for him to be an ally on this difficult journey and that’s what he has been for us. I highly recommend Dr Jain. We are not pregnant yet. We’re in the middle of an IUI cycle but my opinion of Dr Jain won’t change regardless of whether we’re successful in having a baby or not. I’ve read all the reviews and I can see where … More

I’ve never gone to Dr. Jain personally and I don’t ever plan to. I had friend who went to him after she has suffered 3 miscarriages. She was overweight and had written in her medical chart she suffered from an eating disorder and didn’t want to discuss weight loss as it was triggering for her (in other words she knew her weight was a factor, can we talk about other possible issues). He blatantly ignored what she wrote (didn’t even read it actually) and 3 times demanded she tell him her weight. Then basically dismissed all her other medical issues and told her she was too fat to get pregnant. When she started crying he mocked her tears and told her she should “know better” because she was a woman’s health nurse practitioner. Hers is not the only horror story I have read about this doctor-and frankly I’m horrified to find out he’s still practicing medicine. He should be stripped of his medical license for the way he has treated these women. I wish I could Give him zero stars... I’ve never gone to Dr. Jain personally and I don’t ever plan to. This recommendation is long, but I can’t tell you in a few sentences why I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jain or RGI. This process is both emotionally and financially exhausting at times, so do your research too! I met Dr. Jain in 2016 after multiple losses; some random and some genetically contributing that was not related with one another. My husband and I had been through genetic blood testing as well with no concrete results of where our problems were coming from. Our MFM Dr. at Mount Carmel suggested that we see RGI and Dr. Jain specifically. We had nothing to lose... At this point I was just getting information but not sure that IVF was a route that we would go. I had no issues getting pregnant but I was learning that due to low ovarian reserve I was getting pregnant with not-so-good eggs. I understood the benefit of IVF for the genetic testing capability of the eggs, but ended up deciding to take some time off. For lack of a better word I was exhausted. Sure, having a baby was ideal but in all honesty I loved my husband, family, job, dogs, nephews, etc. and wasn’t sure how much more I had in me to pursue this. I am including these thoughts because Dr. Jain, his nurses and staff were always wonderful, super informative and never once pushy. I appreciated that. When we eventually sat down (a few years later) to talk about my problems, Dr. Jain was honest and did not sugar coat the likeliness that this would be easy. He said around a 15% chance, as my AMH was low and getting lower. (I am 38) Statistics like that can be discouraging but we made our minds up to give it a try anyways. I didn’t want to look back and have any ‘what ifs’. This was our first and only round. After weeks of injections and some mood swings, I had 3 eggs at the retrieval. 2 fertilized and 1 made it through the week to be genetically tested and frozen. It had nothing wrong with it. At my transfer we knew the odds of it attaching and the reality that there were no back ups. Today I am 27 weeks pregnant with a very active little girl in my tummy. The one and only egg that we even had make it through the process. I 100% would not be here without Dr. Jain. I have never met a Dr. so supportive, honest, and truly dedicated to the job that he does. He has become a friend to my husband and I and I will be forever grateful to him and RGI for what they have done for us. *I think that it is important to say that I would feel the exact same way had this process not worked out the way it had. I know that not every story ends on a happy note. But what I can guarantee you if you are considering an appointment with Dr. Jain that he will do anything and everything that he can to help you reach your goal. He will not tell you what you want to hear, he will tell you the truth. ...And my biggest advice from that point on is to TRUST him. He is a fantastic Dr. and an even better human. Last but certainly not least I want to include everyone else at RGI. The girls at the front desk, his nurses, the embryologist lab, Kaitlyn who drew so much blood and never once hurt me...they are all sincere and wonderful. This recommendation is long, but I can’t tell you in a few sentences why I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jain or RGI. My experience at RGI with Dr. Jain was fantastic! I will admit that as a new patient negative reviews led me to believe that he wasn’t the best choice at the practice. However, in reality he should be your first choice. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, confident and straight forward. You always know your options, how viable they are and what he thinks is the best next step. He takes the time to answer your questions and is very personable. Dr. Jain is invested in his patients, is willing to call or text patients after hours, and genuinely feels any frustrations or celebrations with the patient. I have felt completely confident in his care and I can’t wait for the future he’s helped my husband and I build! My experience at RGI with Dr. Jain was fantastic! BEWARE! Long story short... he tried to remove my uterine septum without running tests to ensure it was in fact a septum rather than a bicornuate uterus. Also, he attempted to remove the septum in his office without anesthesia or pain medication. He had to stop the procedure because he said the scissors were dull and his staff would call to reschedule the procedure. I went to ORM instead and received much better care. He never knew who I was, always asked why I was there, and immediately pushed IVF on me. Horrible experience. BEWARE! I don’t even know where to begin.. Dr. Jain never knows who I am when he walks into the room and he never knows the plan of care. I realize he is extremely busy but maybe that needs to be addressed when he doesn’t even know what’s going on with you when he walks in your room. I got pregnant naturally but he wanted to continue to see me for the first few months. My first ultrasound with him he said everything looked perfect. He brought me in for a second ultrasound to see the heartbeat and he said that the baby wasn’t measuring where it should be (five days behind schedule) and that the heartbeat wasn’t great (115. I called my actual OB after this appointment and they said that heartbeat was perfectly fine) but THERE WAS A HEARTBEAT and he immediately started suggesting a D&C so that I didn’t have to go through a miscarriage. He hands me a picture of my ultrasound then forgets he gave me a picture and then asks if I wanted a picture because most people don’t want one if they don’t think the pregnancy is going to be viable.. The fact that a D&C was even brought up without him knowing for sure the outcome of this pregnancy was absolutely uncalled for. I am at a loss of words for the way we were treated and that will be my last appointment with him. I don’t even know where to begin.. Dr. Jain is one of the best. We've seen three fertility docs and he - by far - has the best bedside. He takes the time to talk through concerns and get to know each patient. If it weren't for him, we would have given up. I can ask him anything and never feel like he's running out of the room like some of the other doctors. But because of that, you have to be patient as he is sometimes behind in schedule. His staff is fantastic - it's nice to look forward to going to an appointment you dread :)

Dr. Jain is very comfortable and easy to chat regarding infertility and all the possible options when exploring family planning. He was recommended to us and I can totally see why. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking information on family planning or for those ready to begin the journey.

Dr. Jain is a knowledgeable doctor who was caring and considerate of my case. He thoroughly answered all of my questions and took his time with me. He gave me good advice and recommended I start with the right treatment for me rather than the one that will make their office the most money. I appreciate the honesty and level of care I received.

We just went in for our consultation a few weeks ago and we had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Jain. We LOVE him! He is so welcoming, and easy to talk to. All of my nerves were pushed aside after I met him, and he went over everything with us! I am looking forward to our journey ahead in the next few months. The nurses were also amazing! The lady who drew my blood was an expert and did it quick and painlessly! The scheduling lady doing the scheduling is also very prompt and amazing!
