Mr. Shakir Sarwar

Dr. Sarwar was my oncologist when I had colon cancer. He was very knowledgeable and caring. He always listened to me and put me on a plan to conquer this horrible disease. I never felt rushed and like I was limited in my time with him.

I have never experienced a Dr office that never returns your calls like this one come on every Dr office is busy but they do return calls. An the cancer part is the same excact way I've never seen a place ran so disrespectful.. Now dont get me wrong Dr sarwar is a good Dr but I honestly think his staff needs to care about the patient more I mean come on their aready going threw anough let a lone getting ignored!! I called one week three times an still never got a call bk today I called at 12 said they are at lunch will call bk nope closed didnt call back !! Would have been 5 stars but literally just got off the phone with the nurse who not only did not know what a major new drug was but preceded to lecture me on not requesting a new prescription that should have been automatically issued like the last 4 times we were there. Also, proceeds to tell me the last appointment was almost two weeks ago, in reality was 5 days ago. Get a better nurse or at least one who likes her job. Dr Sawar is a very good doctor. He listens and answers all your questions. I highly recommend Dr Sawar.

He is one of the most concerned and caring Dr I have meet!
