Dr. Smith is a likeable guy. However, we spent the entire appointment hearing about his own experience. He didn't seem interested in hearing about us, just telling us about himself. At the end of our second appointment, he told us that was all he had to offer us and although he'd hope we'd come back, he didn't know what more he'd be able to do for us. We did not return.
