I have always had a good experience With the doctor and staff. They all seem to care about my health.

Multiple errors by staff - lost all confidence in the practice.

It was a good visit I would recommend Dr. Ghobriel to anyone that needs a doctor and the people that work there are really nice.

He was very courteous and professional . I wold definitely recommend him .

I've gone to Dr. Ghobriel for a couple years and wouldn't dream of changing Urologists! I moved to another city that is 45 minutes away, but continue to travel the distance to see him because I trust him explicitly. He's always been very thorough and attentive to my problems.

So far I've had a great experience with exceptional medical staff. This office is very busy but they service all of their patients within a timely manner. The doctor is well knowledgeable.

The best in my opinion, very professional and even though at first I received bad news from him I was very comfortable. After my positive results 6 months later very grateful of his positive attitude and encouraging words.

Nearly everyone told how horrible the prostate biopsy was. That’s wasn’t the case for me! Dr. Ghobriel was very informative and patient through the whole procedure which only took 15-20 minutes.

Dr. Ghobriel is a great doctor with a great bedside manner. That is a rarity these days! I don’t like going to the doctor, but it’s great knowing I’m in good hands when I have to go to him.

The doctor is great, his staff.....well that's another story. I did complain personally with him the way I was treated when the re scheduled my appointment and how it was handled. When I was done seeing the doctor, the person on the front counter told me that they need to schedule my next appointment, I told her to send me an email as I need to check my schedule. No, we don't send emails.....who in this modern times do not send emails? Fine, call me then. Yet to receive a call, tomorrow will be a week, even worse, the email me a link to log in on their portal but did not provide the required token. This is beyond stupid. Dr.Ghobriel is amazing! He truly cares for his patients. My husband has many, many kidney stones and is in Dr Ghobriel's care. He's knowledgeable about breakthrough methods to get rid of these stones. We are extremely pleased with him and his staff. You are in good hands here.I can't say enough good things about him. Dr. Ghobriel takes time to listen, is thorough in explanations, and comprehensive in problem solving. He removed my kidney stone and helped me understand the prevention strategies to avoid future stones.

Doctor is wonderful but billing department will want any copays or other amounts estimated not to be paid by insurance up front prior to visit, lab work or procedure. Happened to me multiple times. In my case insurance paid although billing department informed me it was going to be applied to my deductible and therefore it was due prior to service. If I had not determined that insurance also paid and requested refund I'm not sure I would have received one. Then, I started getting notices and call from a collection agency. Doctor is great but dealing with the billing department is not worth the headache.

Dr Ghobriel ,as my first time for a urologist exam it was the worst experience, didn't give me the chance to explain my symptom history . He told me "good luck " just the prostate exam. Issuesd me a prescription and did not explain anything about this life altering drug.

Dr Ghobriel is very friendly, caring, and professional. You will not find a better urologist in the DFW area. Dr Ghobriel performed Greenlight Laser surgery on my swollen prostate three years ago, when I got to the point that I could no longer urinate. He told me multiple times before the surgery that there were no guarantees. It was a life changing procedure. I will not see another urologist even though I live over an hour away.

Dr. Aldo Ghobriel is outstanding in my opinion.

Dr. Ghobriel was phenomenal. The office and nursing staff were polite, professional and got you in and out very quickly.

Dr Ghobriel is a very caring and talented urologist. Amazing skill with the greenlight laser. Had the procedure done two years ago and still not having any issues. Couldn't be happier.
