I consider hiring Dr. Foote as my primary care physician until I took my family member there not once but twice on two separate office visits, and the service was horrible. Her bedside manner is very awkward, she has a hard time making decisions when it comes to treatment. She was also very argumentative and resisted when asked about birth control, (the patient is over 18 years old and been prescribed it before) when my family requested a particular panel of bloodwork to be done she once again made it very awkward for them. It shouldn’t be a struggle to have your primary care physician order basic bloodwork, especially after you’ve been seeing her for several years she acted as if this was the first time ever treating my family.

This is my family doctor, best doctor I have ever had. Always very, knowledgeable and caring. All of her staff are as well. Even the phelebotists in the lab are great. You will love Dr. Foote.

Dr. Foote is amazing. She goes above and beyond in caring for her patients! I know this first hand as she met me in the parking garage just to check my leg for a blood clot and check my BP, after hours! Love her

A lot of time and energy goes into the process of selecting a new physician. Since moving to Rockwall I've been a patient of Dr. Foote's and I know I made the correct choice. She is an incredible physician who cares about the physical and mental well being of her patients. All of my visits to the office have been pleasant. The office is comfortable, clean, and the staff is top-notch. I would highly recommend anyone searching for a new physician to utilize Dr. Foote! I have used Dr Foote for 3 years now. She is wonderful! She spends as much time with you as she needs to, she focuses on YOU during your visit, she takes thorough notes and refers back to them during your visit. The office is clean and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Foote!

From scheduling my appointment through my walkout this visit was full of standouts. Caroline scheduled my appointment & we worked together to find an appointment that worked for my schedule. She really is an asset & a pro at customer service. The nurse, for Dr. Foote that day, was great. Not only was she personable, she knew her job & communicated very well. She also listened when I talked. There is so many good things I can say about Dr. Foote. She has been my PC doctor for at least six years. I truly feel she has my best interest in mind as she treats me & “ complicated medical history “. The ladies in the lab were hilarious & professional which is a great combo when having blood drawn. Lastly, the lady that checked me out, was up front about the fact that she did not usually work in that position. Sometimes that is all it takes...to just be honest. Not a good experience today - showed up at 8:45 for my 9am physical to be told the appt was at 8:30 and they couldn't see me. Scheduled the appt months ago, got not reminder text or phone call that would have alerted me to their scheduling error. Poorly run office.

First visit with Dr. Foote. I found her easy to talk to and she was interested in finding a possible solution to my issues. Good experience.

Dr Foote is the best! She cares about her patients, listens and has great knowledge.

Dr. Foote and her staff were excellent with taking care of me and providing information. I've been with Dr. Foote for a couple of years and always provides excellent and professional service.

Love Dr Foote! She’s a “patients doctor”. She doesn’t see herself as a Doctor, but a person qualified to help others. She strives to CURE NOT TREAT! She takes personal ownership of her patients. Her only request is that YOU take ownership of yourself. Her strengths are diagnosing and curing, NOT mind reading.

I love this office because they are so efficient, clean, and friendly. I especially like Dr. Foote because she is attentive to her patients. She always keeps them updated throughout the visit and genuinely cares.

Dr. Foote is great! She's very thorough and personable and was very good with my young daughter. We usually see Dr. Smithers who we also love. My family has been using this doctor group and acute care clinic downstairs for 5+ years and have never had any problems.

Dr. Foote has been my PCP for years and she is definitely the best PCP I have ever worked with. She is very thorough, even going so far as to research problems after hours. She is incredibly kind, caring, and patient. Her knowledgebase also seems to be pretty impressive. I have recommended other members of my family to use her and they love her too.
