Dr. Kenny E Iloabachie

Dr iLoabachie does not value your time. Scheduled an 8:40 AM appointment to ensure I'd be seen on time. The office opens at 8:30 AM. After waiting 50 minutes, confimred with the receptionist that my appointment was for 8:40. With no answer for when I'd be seen, she refunded my copayment and I was off.

I have been to dr Iloabachie about 3 or 4 times. I've had to wait an hour or more past my appointment time 3 times to see the doctor. Third time is the charm. Today I sat in the waiting for 35 minutes past my appointment time before they took me to the exam room. I waited there for another 25 minutes. They came in and said they were going to move me to another exam room. I left at this point. I was never told that the Dr. was running late. I will not going back to this dr. again. It is very disrespectful to treat patients in this manner.

Please save your time and money. I had a surgery with Kenny about my broken nose and my sceptum was deviated. I couldn't breathe. I still can't breathe! I recently seen ent Dr camille graham in Rockwall and Dr Pero ent in north dallas and they both said my sceptum is crooked and wasn't fixed or done right by Kenny and my sceptum is still deviated. Even my primary Dr said it was crook it and that's why I can't breathe. Dr. Kenny Iloabachie is awesome! He has wonderful bed side manners to start off with. His professionalism is on point yet remains so professional when being laidback. He’s honest & explains everything very well. He was able to fit me in for surgery even when I thought it was too late . The hospital & staff in Rockwall was clean & they were also extremely great. The imaging facility he referred me to was also excellent . 5 stars all across the board for Dr. Iloabachie ! Thank you for everything! Keep up your your excellent performance. Oh my goodness, I do nor know where to start. Dr. Iloabachie has seen both of my children as well as performed surgery for both of them. His beside mannerism is far beyond excellent. My 2 year old and my 11 year old year old trusted him from the moment he entered into the room. He correctly diagnosed them and moved forward with providing the care that was needed. The nursing staff and scheduling staff we're excellent in arranging a prompt surgery for both of my children.

Waited an hour for the first appointment of the day because the doctor hadn't shown up for work yet. Then had multiple insurance errors which were finally considered erroneous by my insurance company. The office staff is less than helpful.

He is such a wonderful and neutering doctor. He has given my daughter, nephew and myself such good care. I couldn't ask for a better ENT.

Had to wait in lobby for 30 mins. after appointment time . Then another 15mins. or so before you see Dr. and discuss problem. Came back next day for Audiologist. Thereafter, Dr. and I discuss possibilities/probabilities of TMJ. Wanted me to see Oral Surgeon for consultation. That office would get in touch. Never Happened! Even went in several times to request info on when I'd receive a call and from whom. Three Weeks Later, Still Hasn't Happened! INEFFICIENT OFFICE !!
