Dr. Alfred P Rosche III

I saw Dr Rosche for several years and he took a holistic approach to treating pain. Now he’s gotten to the point where he just wants to write prescriptions and do injections. Even if that doesn’t work for the patient. He doesn’t like it when you question him or ask about alternative treatments or ask for referrals to other specialists, and this practice is just not what it used to be.

I've been a patient for years and without this doctor my life would have been one of incapacitation and suffering. His care made me able to live my life to the fullest.

I started going to Dr. Rosche in Dec 2019 for lower back pain and bad RLS. He was great at explaining the issue with my lower back and the resulting reasons for the pain and the RLS. I have had several lower back injections which he has been very clear will not fix the problem, but give me relief that I need. Has also been clear about how many treatments will be allowed and what we need to monitor in between. Very Professional, explains very clearly the issues and wants to make sure I'm getting relief. I would recommend him to others, with no problem !

I have been working with Dr.Rosche and his whole staff for years. Dr.Rosche listens intently to my concerns and is willing to think outside the box to help me manage chronic pain. I have a lot of respect for a doctor who does not just throw opioda at a problem. Dr.Rosche and him team work seamlessly to address my concerns. I would recommend Dr.Rosche to anyone.

Both he and his nurse were rude, arrogant, and obnoxious. I have been to hundreds of doctors, literally, and this visit was one of the worst. They had NO regard for the pain I was in and NO regard for the pain THEY not only caused, but then knowingly left me in with a wave and a smile and a horrible smart remark.

Dr. Rosche is the finest doctor I've had in 24 yrs. of managing Fibromyalgia and Arthritis pain. He takes the time to explain things when needed. He's extremely skilled at treatments (where needles are involved and stress levels are heightened). Pain management treatments are virtually pain-free, which isn't always the case with many doctors. He is honorably strict with dosage/monitoring of medications, so don't bother if all you want is drugs. The office is clean and modern. I highly recommend.

I have had severe back pain and neck pain for several years. I went to several doctors and didn't get any help. Yesterday April 2, 2018 I went to Dr. Rosche located at 534 Roxbury Rd. He was very friendly and courteous. He explained in plain English what he thought needed to be done. His nurses were excellent and very friendly. The whole staff done their job well. So he started treatment and I will post how things go as I get treatment.

My previous review I have to retract: So, I have a fusion and during our initial injection appointment and subsequent appointments I expressed my towards having a fusion and the physical demanding job I have. I was told quote "I wouldn't do that job. Get your attorney to write up something for permanent restrictions and I will back you 100%" Now at the 11th hr his report didnt support me in ANY way. He acted so caring about my financial future but now I'll be unemployed and screwed. Thanks Doc!

Dr. Roche has been treating me for years. Most of my Pain conditions he has treated have worked for years, one I’ve have to retreat about once a year. He is highly professional, explains things very well, and is so precise at getting the medicine right where you need it to get relief. He can be a little gruff but I have found that is a trait of a medical person who is a perfectionist. I have recommended him to my 90 year old mother, to other family members and friends. I Won’t go to anyone else!

I have never met a more arrogant, rude and just mean doctor. He was completely unknowledgeable of my moms condition and after seeing her for over a year never familiarized himself with it. He kept pushing for surgery and pain pumps which had the potential of worsening her condition. After she said no he wanted nothing to do with. He inhumanly wanted to take her off the only meds that were keeping her life bearable. He is incentive and has awful bedside manner.

Professional and caring physician. Dr Rosche has provided me with pain relief and quality life to continue to exercise and enjoy life. I had seen several physicians before Dr Rosche, and never had relief until I had been treated by Dr Rosche. His staff is professional and caring.

Dr. Rouche LISTENS.... what a breath of fresh air!!! He doesn't make you feel like you are crazy when you explain your pain. To think I waisted so much time AND $$ at The Other Pain CENTER. With in one hour durring my first visit, we had our consult he looked at my recent mri'ssssss..Gave me a couple of shots, knew right where to inject for my pain. And I was up and wanting to dance..much better than a NP typing on her tablet and not hearing me Thank you, Dr. R '
