I find these negative reviews surprising. Dr Benkowski is great and am very happy to have found him.

Fantastic Doctor. Would highly recommend. I’m kind of surprised at all the bad reviews. He’s been very professional and genuinely cares for his patients!

I would highly recommend Dr. Bentkowski. I've been with him for 1 year now. He has taken my issues seriously and given me good advice and medication when he feels its required. I do not think Dr. Bentkowski is a pill pusher and I like that.

I had Dr. Bentkowski as my primary physician for 20 years. He was always thorough, understanding, compassionate, and took the time needed to give proper care. I would highly recommend Dr. Bentkowski.

After reading the reviews its a complete norm for Dr. Bentkowski to let patients go and for no valid reasoning behind it. I had the same experience. I had a wonderful Doctor and he retired so I chose to go to Dr. Bentkowski what a nightmare this has been. I have a chronic severe condition in my back, 3 bulging disks, one herniated and I'm full of arthritis. When I woke up one morning and could not function I was completely debilitated Dr. fitzgerald sent me to physical therapy and put me on pain meds and muscle relaxers knowing I was suffering so as a Dr. he took care of me with kindness and compassion. He retired so I had chose Dr. Bentkowski for my Dr. that was a huge mistake had I known what I know now. Besides having all this, I'm having a lot of stress in my life loosing my father and my mother is in hospice I've been taking anxiety pills for a while but not every day just when needed. He was never for this from the beginning when I started with him but gave them to me. About a month ago his nurse told that he is referring me to a psychiatrist so that I could get my meds from him/her. I made the appointment and was told by them that they cannot give me my pain meds only my Dr. can so I called them back and told Vanessa and asked her if my back really went out like it did 2 years ago and I was completely debilitated can I get pain meds....she said Dr. said NO. Two days later she told me to find a new provider UNBELIEVABLE! how a Dr. can do that. He did fill my last one but I got 20 pills less. Mind you I only had been taking these when I needed them not on a daily basis my script would last me about 2 months and they have made me feel like I'm a user of narcotics. Very embarrassing for me and made me feel horrible and gave me more stress. He is very hypocritical told me to see a counselor which I did but cuts me off my anxiety meds while I'm going thought the most horrible time of my life loosing my father and soon my mother...NOW PEOPLE WOULD YOU WANT A DR. LIKE THIS? I HOPE YOU PEOPLE THAT ARE LOOKING FOR A HEALTH CARE PROVIDER ARE READING THE REVIEWS FIRST. HE IS IN THIS FOR THE MONEY AND NOT THE CARE AND CONCERNS OF HIS PATIENTS. HE SHOULD NOT EVEN BE PRACTICING. ITS DRS. LIKE THIS WE DON'T NEED IN OUR COMMUNITY. Absolutely would not recommend him at all, upon reading reviews he finds reasons to let his patience go and with no notice. Your left in the dark with no care if you need it. DO NOT CONSIDER HIM OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!

After being under his care for over a year, which wasn't great. I missed 2 appointments and I'm told to seek a different doctor. But before missing that second appointment i was trying to get some prescriptions refilled, several of which I was completely out of. Now, after I'm told to find a new dr, his office told me that he would refill those prescriptions for one month. I thought, ok, gives me time to find a good Dr. However, the only one he does not refill is the antidepressant one. The one I have been out of the longest. He says he will not refill it because I'm not under his care, but I was when I requested the refill. So because I missed only 2 appointments, (I don't drive, I'm disabled) , I will now have to suffer longer until I get a new dr and that dr refills the prescription and I am able to pick it up. Dr Marek Bentkowski is more concerned with keeping appointments than he is with the health of his patients. Some of us are unable to keep appointments because we have to rely on others to drive. So if you are an older, disabled person, who has to rely on others to get you places to get things done. DO NOT GO SEE THIS JERK WHO ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY AND NOT PATIENTS!!! Doesn't care about his patients. My husband and I were both treated poorly by him.

Only care about keeping appointment, not the care of his patients. I'm an older disabled person that has to rely on others to get anywhere and he refused to refilled my medication because I missed 2 appointments and I was told to seek a different physician. Nice way to treat a disabled veteran. NOT!!

Didn't even exam me and sent me to a surgeon and the surgeon didn't even know why I was being sent there. He doesn't care
