Alison Joan Erde

Dr. Erde diagnosed me with 3 different mental health disorders after two or three 15 minute appointments. She placed me on 5 medications for these disorders all at once, as well as birth control for the first time in my life. I was 18 and had moved out of a toxic family environment, and my mom never took me to the doctor except for required shots. I didn't understand primary care physicians don't typically do this. She refused to take me off the medications when I said repeatedly I barely knew what was going on all the time, and actually upped the dosages. She also told me I was infertile without performing any tests. She never contacted me when I quit refilling the prescriptions and moved away. I have contacted the office at least 5 times to get my medical records, and they never follow through on getting them to me or sending me the forms I need to fill out. Also, now I've been evaluated by an actual psychologist and she was wrong out the diagnoses she gave me, and I'm not infertile.

Dr. Erde and all the staff are friendly, listens, efficient, knowledgeable and caring. I'm called back promptly if asking for needed answers or advice. Dr. Erde treats me like a person, honest. Great office atmosphere, personalized in a way, I'm at ease, feeling I already know everyone there. Wouldn't go anywhere else if my body depended on it! ??

Dr. Erde has been incredibly helpful over the 13 years I've seen her! We have moved, and I have been traveling long distance to continue to see her - now, I must find a local Primary Care Doc. I wish I didn't have to - Dr. Erde has given exceptional care, advice and referrals for other specialists. She is by far, the best Dr. I've seen (& I've seen many!) Very thorough and helpful - I will miss seeing her, and her staff!!!

Patient 5 years. Best doctor ever. I have a lot of medical issues. See many doctors/specialists for over 20 years. There is no comparison to her. She truly listens. Doesn't throw meds at the problem only when needed. Tries other avenues. She was my saving grace. My first appt. they knew I was a mess and got me in quickly. I had been told by previous dr., after 4 years that it was all in my head. I was going crazy. Dr. Erde was able to help. And guess what? It wasn't all in my head.

Dr. Erde listens in a way that I feel a genuine concern. She is the best physician I have encountered in my 60 plus years. Also, her office staff or fantastic!

Dr. Erde has been my physician for the last two years. She's the best: great manner and excellent care.

Best Doctor we have found in Lane County. She listens, cares about us. Has gone above and beyond any other health care professionals we have seen in Lane county.
