The staff members at Dr. Robbins office are very pleasant, efficient, and informative, but the Doctor himself was not. I felt that I was being railroaded into having laser cataract surgery for the added (substantial) fee without sufficient medical reasons for it. I had to book an additional appointment with Dr. Robbins to have him explain my particular circumstances. He was rather abrupt and not very empathetic about my concerns..
