So, there aren’t sufficient words to share how thankful I am to Tommy, Lacey & Dr. Raphael. I had some insurance issues that kept me from getting a surgery last week. Lacey jumped through hoops to make this right! They worked together to figure it out and to get me scheduled in the Nick of time before end of year. My forever thanks to these caring & compassionate humans. My FOREVER Podiatrist is Dr. Allen Raphael. ???? ???? ***Update 1 month after surgery: The procedure was not covered and the hospital was out of network per the bill I received today showing I owe $23,000+ for this procedure. I feel that I was misled by Lacey, who assured me it was covered at the very last minute. Playing with someone’s money is not good business practice. I certainly hope that someone can explain how this gross error was made. My voice will be loud until this is fixed.

My little woman found this place on her way home from an appointment. I am a diabetic. I didn't know how bad my condition with my foot was. I got to Dr. Raphael just in time. Dr. Raphael and his staff are TOP NOTCH!! Dr. Raphael and his staff really takes great care of you. Dr. Raphael takes his time to example everything step for step. My visits are always timely, and handled with the utmost care & concern. I am very satisfied with his level of knowledge and care.

The whole staff is awesome. Always make you feel comfortable and at ease.

Dr. Raphael is the most amazing Doctor I’ve ever met. A perfectionist who takes pride in his work. He truly cares about his patients and the outcome of what he does. If there were more stars, I’d give it to him.

Dr. Raphael has treated me for over a decade as a patient with diabetic foot ulcers and advanced Charcot. He was used by God to save both of my feet from amputation. I have complete trust in his medical care and the utmost respect for him as a caregiver.

Dr Raphael is THE BEST DOCTOR EVER!!! I had no hope of saving my foot and was up for amputation for a year. He saved my foot, gave me hope and fought the good fight with me. He is willing to take risks and is a kind soul who really cares. I owe him my life and will forever be in his debt. He is truly a wonderful doctor and THE BEST in his field. I cannot say enough about this man in this review. If you have lost hope he is the one you should call!!! When every doctor I had gave up hope he trudged on and today I still have my foot. Dr. Raphael is a fine doctor however he doesn't seem to realize that he has the most incompetent staff I have ever encountered. Just waited three and half months for orthodics and diabetic shoes I was fitted for in January. After weeks of calls, lots of misinformation, failure to forward documents to my M.D. and screwed up insurance dealings I was finally told my order was ready. No surprise - wrong shoes, wrong size orthodics and more excuses. Because I liked Dr. Raphael I was giving them one more chance after my last encounter when I waited two months and they discovered the shoes had been in the office for 3 weeks and nobody noticed. Obviously his staff is beyond hope. Dr. Raphael needs to wake up to the damage his incompetent staff is causing his practice.

While this Dr may be a good Dr; His professionalism and his staff are UNPROFESSIONAL!! His gross negligence could have caused a serious infection taking 14 days to call in antibiotics..

This man is such a caring and competent professional. He has been so wonderful and caring. I had a leg wound that required 3 grafts and almost 6 months to heal. I am unsure if I would still have my leg without his total dedication and expertise. His staff is fabulous as well. I can recommend him without reservation and I will be forever grateful to Dr. Raphael and his staff.

Dr Raphael is just great. Down to earth straight forward Dr that tells you what you need, what he will do & then does what he says. He does treat you like family & as busy as he is he makes sure to spend time taking care of your needs so nothing goes unnoticed. I would recommend him to my family & friends, & if you are diabetic he is the one you want on your side, he has seen it & will know how to fix it.
