This review is not because of Dr. Mudiyala but because of an exchange I had with one of her receptionist today. I have been seeing Dr. Mudiyala for years. She is a fantastic Dr., caring, compassionate and thorough. Today I called to schedule my annual checkup and the woman who answered the call was ornery and condescending. I will not be coming back to her office in the future because of her. While scheduling my appointment she asked me to spell my last name and I proceeded to do so phonetically so she could understand the letters clearly, not sure what about this caused her to become unhinged. She interrupted me mid sentance and said I was being disrespectful to her. I explained to her you asked me to spell it out and I am and she proceeded to speak over me until finally I told her that she is extremely rude and not that she cares but I would never come to Dr. Mudiyala's office again. She was so worked up that she still asked me did I want the appointment or not? I told her no, said goodbye and hungup. If my husband didn't already have his appointment booked so soon I would cancel it, as well. No one should call an office and have to deal with that type of treatment. I can tell from the voice that it is an older African American woman that has been at the front office for years, her attitude and demeanor is horrible. My experience with Dr. Mudiyala was satisfactory; however, when it comes to her office staff, that's a different opinion. 99% of her office staff attitudes' and demeanor is awful and is very unprofessional. They don't greet you and they seem as if they don't want to be there. The same office staff administer your vitals. wow! ( My first) ... Please be aware of the amounts that you are charged for your office visits... It is my hope that Dr. Mudiyala will someday soon be able to receive updated medical equipment as well as staff. She deserves it. Writing a review hope, it helps others. My wife called this hospital for the physical health checkup and they scheduled without telling how they do. I would say, it's ALL CHEATING CHEATING because, they hide how they do give the appointments. Anywhere, physical annual checkup would be one time visit with blood test BUT these cheaters sent my wife to the another hospital for the lab results and also asked her to come back later for the reports review. you know WHAT!!! they charged to just tell - get the lab done in another hospital. So, one time health physical checkup turned into multiple visits. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE CHEATERS... Writing a review hope, it helps others. Dr. Mudiyala gave me a very thorough examination . She is professional and friendly.

Dr. Mudiyala is patient, thorough, and kind. My mom and I just love her!

Absolutely the best primary care doctor my aunt has had. She is a great listener, communicater, and very compassionate. She truly cares about her patients. Office staff is very professional and nice. Always runs on time for appointments.

I am a new patient with Dr. M, and I must admit that I am already impressed! Thorough, patient, and aware are just a few words to describe my first visit! The interaction was very positive. She is a good communicator, and I was able to ask question after question from the time I arrived to the time I departed! I never felt rushed during my visit. I chose Dr Mudiyala to care for my 94 year old mother. The doctor is excellent. She is very patient and very calm. She takes her time and provides great information on how to care for an older person. There are few geriatric physicians in the area and I am to have chosen her. The office staff is also very professional and very pleasant. Getting lab work (blood tests) done is very convenient right across the parking lot from the doctor's office. Dr. Mudiyala is an excellent primary care doctor. She is sincere and tries to taper you off of medications instead of writing endless prescriptions.

Extremely Soft spoken, listens to your symptoms and her diagnosis skills are outstanding.

I appreciate the thoroughness of the Doctor. She took the time to assess my condition. Compare my previous year laboratory results with the new one. Reconcile my medicine. Give information about my condition.
