Even though my pap was normal, she was unable to perform appointment procedure and took a random, unnecessary biopsy sample instead. Her followed-up report indicated the tissue sample was inconclusive. She declined further assistance while at the same time recommending a very expensive specialty for next steps - even though my pap was normal. Provided no a specific referral to assist with ongoing process. Office very unhelpful contacting doctor for further information. I'm left with a large doctor bill and no conclusive information. Waste of money.

Good doctor but heard her yelling at staff which turned me off a bit.

I am honestly so surprised at any negative reviews for Dr. Preston! She is the supreme professional and took extra care to find out and convey results early when we there was concern I might have uterine cancer. Her kindness and caring are exceptional and I wouldn't go to anyone else!

Please consider the reviews and proceed with caution. Seriously believe this woman needs a mental health evaluation. She bullies and when challenging her information “hormone testing” and giving YOUR OWN Medical history she went off on tangents, gave old school “the rabbit died” information. Completely evident she has her own agenda and does not listen. I’m scared she was even in my medical record so I will be reviewing it and demanding anything but a screening be noted. Beware and caution.

I went to this woman needing help with hormones. I knew I was heading into menopause and asked for testing. I was having night sweats hair loss muscle mass loss. I simply wanted testing and she denied me. I was in my forties She told me there was no testing for hormones and to go on the pill. I repeatedly asked for blood work she denied me. She only insisted on repeated Pap smears and biopsies. I found out later after much stress that I was in full blown menopause from another doctor.

Dr. Preston is smart, experienced and has the best heart! I can always be open with her and know I am getting honest and reliable advice. She's the best.

Dr. Preston is a professional, caring, understanding physician. I find that I have plenty of time to go over issues that are important to me. I find her respectful and caring. What more could you ask in a doctor?! Lucky me.

I am sixty years old.I have NEVER, NEVER had such a horrible experience in my life. I feel that I have been violated! She handled me like I was a piece of meat. She did not listen to me. She was so rough that I am still bleeding! She has NO bedside manner and her hands need moisturizing lotion. It is without a doubt the worse gynecological experience I have ever had by any doctor. IF you value your body do NOT consider an appointment with this person.

I don't like Dr.Preston she is a mean doctor so I decided to leave her and go back to my doctor and I'm so happy that I made that switch.,

Her staff is unbelievably incompetent. She's not much better, and really bad bedside manner.
