Between two locations Dr. Muse and staff were there for me after two unfortunate car accidents and helped me through to recover as best as possible I'm thankful for their professionalism and level of service.

Absolutely love this clinic! They make you feel like family. Their services go far beyond the “package deal” places that you can find next to the local eateries. I was and am terribly scared and in a lot of pain. I have not had good PT experiences in the past. The staff and doctors have been amazing about comforting me and explaining what to expect. The reduction in stress alone is huge. Thank you OKC Wellness!

Unfortunately, this clinics front staff is extremely unprofessional. We have a major billing issue we were assured “would not be a problem” and two years later it’s still a problem. Upon explaining my issue and asking if they will work with us, she said they would not because it’s been 2 years (this isn’t the first time I’ve called). The lady forgot to hang up the phone and exclaimed “Lord Jesus!” And proceeded to gossip to her coworkers about me. They, in fact, did not take the insurance they said they did. And left us with the bill. Which would be fine if they had been honest in saying “it might not go through” but they got a quote from insurance saying it was fine and shouldn’t be a problem. My husband signed saying if they didn’t pay we would - because the staff said they take that insurance all the time. I feel this clinic is dishonest in their approach to gaining patients. They also performed 3 unnecessary supplemental treatments his first visit to charge extra for. Needless to say, I will be sending my future referrals elsewhere. This is an auto accident medical care insurance place. They took me the same day I called. Most likely your family doctor will not accept 3rd party insurance (car medical insurance), and neither will Urgent Care (which the auto insurance company told us to go to), but any Accident Auto Care Medical place will, that is the reason they are in business. They take xrays, have a medical doctor to write prescriptions, and a chiropractor. The main business seemed to be chiropractor as seen in ads. The first question they asked me when handing me the intake forms, was how much was our medical maximum benefit was. This may be a better option than exposing yourself to germs and a long wait at an Emergency Room, if you are not really an "emergency." As it stands, there are only two options in most cases if you want to get your self checked after an Auto Accident, Auto Accident Medical Care type place or the Emergency Room (probably more costly too). I go here almost every week for adjustments. Everyone is very friendly, the facilities and equipment is superb, and Dr. Muse is fantastic. They also have the best massage therapist I've ever been to, Juanita. They have been in business a long time and you can tell why after you go a few times.

If you have aches and pains this is the place to go. Dr. Amanda and Kyle can solve your pains. The entire staff are very friendly and care about you.
