the staff was hostile and inefficient I verified with my insurance both on-line and by phone the day before I schedule my appointment. I picked up my paperwork the day before. on the day of my appointment, the staff didn't check their book and went on assumption that I didn't have a appointment. finally, the staff check the computer and their was my appointment time. next thing, another staff member name Brittany gave me back my insurance verification paperwork. she stated the number doesn't work and out of order and quickly turns around and hides behind a wooden curtain. I told her I just called them yesterday as she walked away,. so, I did my fact finding deduction and called the number which wasn't disconnect. next thing, I verified with a representative of cigna what number the moore clinic needs to call for new patience verification. The rep said, here is the acronym and code they need. finally, I ask the representative if the call center for provider been down in the last 30mins? she said no. i hung up. this tell you Brittany was lying. next thing, Dr Santelli way to solve this problem when i seen him using the copy machine. i told him the problem with Brittany with the insurance company. Dr Santelli reply" you are unhappy and you need to find someones else. plus, it is the patience responsibility to verified (which is totally false). I reply "i did yesterday with my insurance on the phone and check the insurance website. Dr Santelli was caught off guard with my proactive steps which he couldn't think of any other excuse to deny service. He reiterate, you are unhappy and need to go". Watch out when you entrust your chiropractic care with this establishment. rude and inefficient

Dr. Santelli has been very nice and a wealth of knowledge. His staff is very kind. I have had blood tests ran for my Thyroid before but, not like the ones he has done. I'm very impressed and I feel blessed to have come across him. He gets 5 stars in my books!
