They are the best!!

The staff was very professional. The tech who assisted me deserves a pay raise.

I was having a little discomfort in one of my eyes had a dr appt was going to have him take a look then was advices if he changed to a office visit fine. I have 3 different insurances for vision I was handed a paper that said no insurance made no sense was told my insurance would reimburse if I send receipt this is not how it works this office is a scam even chages 20 for pd to be added to prescription. Go elsewhere do no waste your time or money !!

The doctor was rude. I tried to explain that I couldn’t see the letters at all and it was making it a blur line and his response was that he’s working on it. After every adjustment it didn’t get any more clear so he instead matched my glasses prescription for contacts.

*** UPDATE *** (the letter picture is what I received after leaving this review) Very recently I wrote the review below expressing my concerns about this office, and stating that I will never be back and due to terrible customer service. Not even four days later I received this letter in the mail! How Petty are these people? Instead of contacting me and addressing the problem the receptionist sends me a letter saying, they would no longer see me as a patient after I already made it very clear that I was never coming back to this office. (You couldn’t pay me to come back!) There are countless bad reviews on this office because of Lindsey specifically, I wouldn’t be surprised if this office is shut down within the year due to customer loss. WORST EYE CARE OFFICE IN TOWN. The receptionist (Lindsey) is the most unprofessional person I have yet to come by in any office EVER and she does not belong in the customer service field. (That's what I gathered by visiting the office ONE time myself when my mother brought me in as a new patient but I will never be back.) Furthermore, She implied to my mother that she was sharing her personal financial business with a specialist at a completely different unrelated office and when my mother made it very clear that it was unacceptable and unprofessional Lindsey accused my mother of "Threatening" her, which she did not. I will never return to this office and by reading all of the bad reviews which are 90% about the front receptionist, its clear that this office is and will continue to lose money and patients due to Lindsey's actions. ( we have no complaints about Dr. Diaz who is pleasant and professional.) It’s a shame that the first person you have to deal with when you walk through the door is Lindsey. How many customers to you have to lose before you realize Lindsey is the problem?

First time contact users (or attempting to) should be told in a clear manner AHEAD of time to try contacts on a trial basis before purchasing. I’ve purchased a years worth and I can’t use them. They irritate my eyes and I cannot see clearly. The Dr told me to use them half day or wear them part time. That’s my only option since they don’t refund you your money. And they reminded me that I signed a form…. A form that I could not read with my contacts. Very disappointed.

The place was okay for the eye exam but the pressure they put on their clients to get contacts is a little ridiculous. I feel like they only cared about getting their income from the eye contacts because they do not have an eye glass place with their business. Hated to be pressured to get contact when I rather have glasses.

Dr. Diaz was great. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain anything we had questions about. Only issue we had was our wait time. Took an hour past our scheduled time

Love it here. Everyone is extremely talented and nice and well knowledgeable. And makes sure you’re well talking care before you even pay and leave the place. 110% recommend this place.

I made a mental note that this was my guy now .... came back today and was not disappointed....from the moment you walk in to in my opinion the friendliest reception to the time you leave is the best experience you can have at the Dr.....thank you so very much guys

Very efficient service. We especially liked the woman at front desk, Donnetta. She was so pleasant and kind. They were all very nice and professional. The office was clean and loved that she made sure to sanitize every thing before we used it. We will continue to make this our go to optometrist!

I was very pleasantly surprised with the whole visit. The exam was very thorough and the contact fitting was great. Everyone was really nice and very professional.

I love this clinic. They are always fast and professional. They take the time to answer any questions you may have after they finish with the exam. If you need an eye exam, I would definitely recommend this clinic. They are also great with the younger ones. My son loved his experience with this clinic and doctor.

Dr. Diaz and his staff are great! The office just has a good vibe about it. I was fitted for contacts for the first time and it was a very positive experience! Dr. Diaz was easy to talk to and is pretty laid back. They made absolutely sure I knew how to put contacts in and take them out as well! My husband and I are very pleased with our new eye doctor and staff. All around great experience!!

I had an awesome experience. The staff are wonderful, loving and caring workers. They are definitely a team that lives up to the phrase “team works makes the dream works.” This is definitely a place of business that you need to go. They give fast service with no long waiting time at all. The staff is really friendly and are good at what they do. I can’t say I have been to any eye doctor office that offers wonderful service. This will always be my permanent eye doctor to go to. In my book they all deserve a raise.

Solo en dos ocaciones me e atendido en este lugar, en la primera ocasión fue para encontrar un lentes de contactos diarios perfectos para mi, encontré unos y de echo pague para recibir tratamiento por tres meses, después de un mes no recibí mis lentes de contacto y llame de nuevo a la oficina y apenas en ese momento ellos hicieron el pedido, lo recibí tres días después pero solo recibí el tratamiento para dos meses y diferentes a los que yo pedí deje pasar este inconveniente y no lo notifique. Mis lentes de contacto diarios tienen una expiración hasta 06-2024 y de echo no los uso más que en raras ocaciones, por esa razón los compre de uso diario para usarlos y deshecharlos en el mismo día. Pues hoy decidí usar un par y en el primer ojo todo bien pero en el segundo sentí que me lastimaba al mirar al espejo no lo encontré y cuando logré verlo al quitarlo solo encontré un trozo del contacto llame a la oficina me pidieron que llevara el trozo que logré sacarme y los contactos, así lo hize y después de esperar mi cita más 45 minutos más de espera el doctor solo dice que no tengo nada dentro de mi ojo solo alergias y me recetó unas gotas y le mencioné que yo siento el trozo dentro de mi ojo, pero no obtuve ayuda sólo dijo que el trozo ya se había hido pero si tuve que pagar el costo de mi cita, en mi casa después de 6 horas de estar sintiendo la molestia dentro de mi ojo decido buscar yo misma y encuentro el trozo restaste del contacto, estoy muy desilusionada de esta clínica, jamás volveré a este lugar. The front desk staff and back staff were great. Dr. Diaz was not available so had to see someone else, however, he was an hour and a half behind schedule. I walked out without being seen.

They was really good with all.

They were all so friendly and very knowledgeable about their designated jobs. They were all very professional. This is my 3rd year receiving my eye exams and contacts. I have referred my family and they are now patients.

Honestly, the dr was nice and did a good job with the prescription. However, I did not like the upselling. Front desk manager was unprofessional and unpleasant. Will not be returning.

Everyone there was so nice! I was scared to get contacts but rest assure it all went very well with their confidence!

Dr. Diaz and the associate that did the initial tests were very professional and particular. He explained everything to me in a language I understood! I will definitely be back!

Dr Smith was very informational. I had my first pair of glasses about 25 years ago and this was the most informative and thorough eye doctor appointment I’ve ever had! I have suffered from dry eyes since at least 2006 when I had laser surgery and I’ve always just dealt with it, but with Dr Smiths knowledge and help I hope to eventually not struggle with constant dry eyes!! Staff is wonderful. They're very polite and give you the impression that they really enjoy their job and not just there for the paycheck. Even though they were very busy, Dr. Garcia took his time to explain everything during and after the exam. We've been going here for a few years now and will be coming back.

Dr. Diaz was amazing. I have been to several eye doctors over the last 5 years and since my contact prescription is a bit challenging, they have all just said “well, there is only so much I can do”. I left those appointments defeated and not seeing well at all, which is very dangerous considering my prescription. Upon seeing Dr. Diaz, he was patient and understanding of my problem. He understood my desire to see well with contacts. We tried 2 types of contacts and 4 different contacts in each eye. I left seeing perfectly clear and so so happy. Just got appointment confirmations for office visits, I did not schedule. We were seen awhile back for eye exams and was not told up front that they are out of network with VSP. I was only told I would have to send a receipt to VSP to be reimbursed, because that was how they did it. Needless to say I spent way more going here for any eye exam my daughter and I have ever had. They sent me next door for eye glasses and they could not properly pull my insurance. We ended up leaving. Front desk could have been more informative about VSP insurance. She was essentially making me do her job as far as insurance goes. The doctor wanted some additional scans of my eyes. These would be a medical claim, not a vision plan claim. The front desk financial person said I would have to pay for the whole thing upfront and then resubmit the receipt to insurance for reimbursement. Very pleased with the service and attention to detail. Even learned that I have been given the wrong eye prescription for many, many years. Now that I in the correct script, my eyes feel less strained. Very honest and thorough.

Eye exam was quick and efficient. However, on patient in the waiting room had bad sniffles and no mask. He should have been asked to wear a mask to protect other patients in the waiting area.
