He is smart and compassionate.and found the infection the other doctors missed and treated me so I'm finally feeling better after months of sickness. 5 stars isn't enough. Thank you, Dr. Pugliese! You are the BEST. I am healthy today because you cared enough to listen and find the problem other doctors could not.

This man stole any hope i had at survival. He said he couldn't give me the meds i need due to the stress level at my job. Told me i was drying. That was 15yrs ago. I'm doing great thanks to a doctor that didn't throw me away

I have been trying to see Dr Pugliese, I missed my first appointment as I was hospitalized the afternoon before. I rescheduled for the 15th . I was ready with my paperwork and anxious to see him. He cancelled my appointment because I was given the wrong time for new patient appointments. A message was left that, if I wanted , the Dr. could see me on the 22nd. I did not respond. I then received a message which I didn’t see until Saturday the 20th. As I did not call to set this appointment, I could not cancel, so I was not going on the 23rd. I hated to do that as I know Drs time is precious. I’ve been having trouble with my back and legs. Walking is difficult. I continued on. decided to go to the appointment. I pulled the directions up and left for Roswell. My GPS took me to the “ parking lot “ of my destination. I am not familiar with this area. Straight ahead is a large parking deck. To the left is a building. I go inside. I am looking around fir the Doctor’s info.I was confused and couldn’t find anyone to ask. I thought I had typed in the wrong address. I went back to my car and pulled up the map. Looking at the large parking deck, the map showed a line around the deck to the address I had typed in. Not being able to walk around the parking deck, I decided to drive. I arrived at the correct address but there were no spaces provided. I drove back to where I had parked. I go back inside to find someone to help. Finally found a lady that wasn’t busy. She instructed me to “go through a door that would take me straight “ to my destination. My hip and leg was hurting so badly but I tried yet again to find the Dr’s. Office. I went through the door and there I stood in the middle of the parking deck.I wandered around a few minutes. I saw some steps. I climb two set of steps, walked down a hallway, through another door, and I was on the second floor of the building I was trying to find for quite some time. My leg was on fire with pain. Up the elevator to the third floor. A sign with an arrow pointing down a hallway indicated the correct numbered office spaces. I walk all the way down the hallway. There were several numbers that fit those of Dr. Pugliese but had private entrance noted. A walk back down the long hallway and then I saw the actual office, around the corner, I didn’t see before. I hobbled in and waited at the window to sign in. I was now over half an hour past my designated time. I was met by a very rude individual that informed me, with a curt and condescending attitude, that I could not be seen as I was late. I related some of what I had been through just to get to their office. I was offered yet another appointment. How many times have patients waited to see their Doctors? Three, four or even more hours, we have all been there. Maybe just a quick hello to introduce ourselves or a minute with a condensed rundown of why I needed to see him. I know most of this was my fault. However, I explained to this rude employee what I had been through. I could hardly make it back to my car. Too bad fir me. It seems unlikely I am the only patient to have had the same issues. I received a text message for setting up another appointment. No thanks. Excellent Doctor as he is very thorough and ask questions.He doesn't get in a hurry and try to rush the exam regardless of how long it may take.He cares about his patients and make sure you are not satisfied with your visit prior to ending the exam.

I have a primary immune deficiency. I was born this way and have struggled with infections and getting sick very easily my entire life. Even with this, I have spent my life being very active. athletic and a love for life. Dr. PUGLIESE took the time to see how important my endeavor to continue living my life to the fullest is to me. He has always gone above and beyond to ensure that he understands what I’m experiencing and never gives up on figuring out how best to treat my illness! I’m so thankful for him and his staff!! Dr. Pugliese is truly the most amazing and caring, not just infectious disease doctor, but physician in general. I have been seeing him for years to treat my chronic sinusitis and he is the only doctor that has been able to provide a lasting solution and real relief. I have been suffering for 3 years now and have been to 3 different doctors including a specialist and none of them seemed to care. Their end goal never seemed to be to help me. But within 2 minutes of talking to Dr. Pugliese I knew it would be different. He cared and listened, he wanted to help fix me and so beyond nice. Dr. Pugliese is an incredibly caring doctor, I have been seeing him for about 2yrs now. He takes his time and doesn’t rush you through the Appt. He’s always keeping up to date on what’s happening in the medical community, which is especially important in the age of COVID.

I love going to Dr. Pugliese's office. They manage certain medications I take. The staff is always extremely friendly. They instill confidence in me regarding my treatment plans and follow ups. I have never had a bad experience and I'm very grateful to have been referred to Dr. Pugliese by GP.

Dr. Pugliese and his team took my complaints seriously when other doctors wouldn't. He treats his patients with respect and listens to what is going on. He identified that I had an infection and treated me for it promptly, coordinating with my other doctors and helping me regain my health.

Dr. Pugliese is a very compassionate and a thorough physician. He is also a great diagnostician. He answers any questions you may have and takes time with you. The staff is also caring and patient.

Dr. Pugliese is genuinely my favorite doctor in the world. I had an infection for 10 years that was misdiagnosed by every doctor I had seen until I finally found myself in front of him. He considers so many possibilities from what could be the problem to what the solutions might be. He listens to my symptoms and genuinely cares. I can ask him about various studies I've read, and he'll take the time to discuss them with me - when I've done this with other doctors they have a tendency to get annoyed and dismissive. He spends a lot of time in the office with me and I never feel rushed. I've been seeing him for three years, and even though I still have a ways to go, I'm definitely a lot better off than I was when I first started. He's kind, compassionate, cares, and stays up-to-date. I lost faith in the medical system until I met Dr. P. He's awesome.

Dr. "P." has been my primary care doctor since 1994 and has saved my life (literally) several times. I moved away from Atlanta in 2005, but I continue to see him every 3-6 months for consult and advice. I now live in Port Canerval, FL and drive up to Atlanta for these visits. I have good local doctors now, but I respect & appreciate Dr. Pugliese's advice and perspective; he knows the most about my historical trauma (pedestrian struck by car while on the SIDEWALK) from 1989. At that time, I was a patient of Dr. Tashian, whom he replaced in mid-1994.

Compassionate, knowledgeable, well respected in the medical community. As an RN and a patient I am very particular about my providers. I have full confidence he is the best physician if you need a specialist.

I just read many of the reviews of Dr P and his staff. He has been my physician more than a decade ( an immunodeficiency with chronic infections). Anything less than the top honors or grade is incongruent with him and his staff. He will work endlessly to treat your illness. As a RN I know from peers in the hospital, that his reputation is Golden. His nursing staff are excellent if you need to have port access ( always a one stick). For all other sticks, again one stick every time. All the staff has been cheerful and kind. You never feel rushed or a burden.

Dr. Pugliese is knowledgeable, efficient, professional doctor. Very personable and caring physician. He will do whatever he needs to do to make a timely and accurate diagnosis and figure out the correct treatment for his patient. I highly recommend Dr. Pugliese to everyone who asks me who I go to.

Dr. Pugliese is phenomenal. Not only knowledgeable/skilled and professional, but compassionate and personable. He truly cares about the wellbeing of his patients. He's the best!!!

“Dr. P” has been my main physician for 20 years and I hope he never retires; I’m not sure what I’ll do then! He combines caring and knowledge, even looking into what is wrong that may be unrelated to his practice. He wants me to feel better and stay well. He orders detailed tests that other doctors wouldn’t know anything about; he’s like a special detective for rare problems. Without his finding and providing treatment to me, I’m not sure I’d still be around. I’m grateful to him and his staff. His nurse, Tabitha, is my favorite and I’ve seen many nurses over the years. Other staff, including NP Kimmie, and front office, Vivian, are really great also!

Dr. Pugliese’s office is very professional and I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes before I’m taken into in the back. He is very thorough and explains everything I need to know and I am sure if I had to refer somebody to him I would have no problem doing so.

I have been a patient of Dr. P's for almost a decade and cannot imagine ever seeing another doctor! He is compassionate, patient, knowledgeable, sympathetic to disabled patient's budget restrictions and even incorporates diet and supplement suggestions into his protocol. Great doctor. He diagnosed a immunoglobulin deficiency that I am now being treated for and I've only been on antibiotics once in the last year instead of monthly. Great staff.

Communication with physicians in the Twenty-First-Century is difficult because of the pace and pressure that medical professionals are forced to work under. Dr. Pugliese seems utterly unaffected. He is always upbeat and ready to listen. His listening abilities allowed him to make a correct diagnosis of a chronic condition I had, which had mystified other physicians for decades.

Dr Pugliese did test to find the condition that I have and has me on a treatment plan. I am happy with him and the staff in the office. I have also seen the PA Kimmie. She is very patient while explaining things to me and fast to answer emails.

I spoke with Kimmie. She was incredibly rude. I have IC and tried to recommend cranberry, and stevia as a treatment plan. These are both bladder irritants. I feel sorry for uninformed patients who listen to the ignorance of these “medical professionals”. She hung up the phone on me. I’ve never in my life been treated so horribly. I’ve never in my life been hung up on. Run away from this practice.

The best doctor I have ever met. He takes as much time as needed to listen and explain in as much detail as you would like. He is comforting and caring. I have been seeing him for 2 years to treat multiple sleep disorders and Estein-barr virus (mononucleosis). Other doctors prior to seeing Dr. Pugliese wrote me off as a whiny hypochondriac and wouldn't even do any tests. They only suggested lifestyle changes. Dr. Pugliese ordered sleep and blood tests that revealed real diseases and disorders that can be treated.

Dr. P and his entire staff are truly a Blessing from God. I could not have made it this far without them. I Love Each and Every one of Them.

Absolutely awesome concern for my immunological issues. Transferred from a large practice that mismanaged my care. Dr. P identified other issues never found by other doctors in their own lab work. Set new goals & running act's tests to help existing problems. Love this doctor!!!!!

If you like a doctor who quits you, when you have an infection and after 12 years of seeing him then he is your doctor.

Dr. Puglesie has brought me through many infections . I will always be thankful for him for that. His new staff appear not to get their facts straight. When your doctor stops treating you during an infection with MRSA then it is time to find a more competent group of doctors and I have done that.

Dr P is great. I have been seeing him for a few years. I really enjoyed his son who used to work with him. His DIL works with him now. She is great too. I have no complaints with them. Great people.

He's arrogant and thin skinned. He cannot handle intelligent patients. He must break them with verbal abuse. He spent entire appointments picking on everything I said and telling me how ridiculous I was. No medical talk, just personal attacks. He told me that I was crazy for believing I had a fungal infection. When tests came back positive for 3, he got angry, and the attacks got worse. Why is it more important to be right than to find the problem and treat it? He needs a psych eval.

Dr Pugliese and his staff are some of the best (& I've seen a LOT of doctors on my current medical journey). As many other before me have commented, Dr. P has amazing bedside manner, listens and responds to each and every symptom or description, takes time with you to make sure he & you fully understand everything being discussed and isn't afraid to think outside the box. I've seen him on a weekly or monthly basis for the past 2+ years so I've spent enough time in his office to know he is great!

When I came to Dr. Pugliese, I didn't understand why I had full blown mononucleosis occurring twice in the span of 8 months. He was able to assess that I was having adverse side effects from klonopin. He suggested withdrawing form the drug. That is when the real nightmare began but Dr. Pugliese was constantly there for me and always available during the extremely difficult and long process of prescription withdrawal. He helped me to regain my mind and health from the drug.

Dr. P is an awesome doctor. He takes time to listen to your story and your concerns. It doesn't feel as if he's rushing you to move on to his next patient. He's very caring and his staff is wonderful. So glad we found him!

Dr. Puglise is the most helful and informative doctor that I have ever taken my children to. I took my ten yr old sons to see him and he answered all my questions regarding their medical condition. He is rare because he truly tries to find the root cause to a patient's condition and offers hope. He doesn't just treat symptoms and is not afraid to make an educated decision nor is he hesitant to make connections. He is my definition of a true doctor! One who listens and tries to find a cure.

Dr. Pugliese is the first doctor to truly listen to me my story of the journey with sleep disorder symptoms. I never have to wait long to see Dr. P, and I always look forward to going to visit him. He makes me feel comfortable and is someone I completely trust and am so thankful and blessed to have him as my sleep specialist. After suffering for over 6 years with chronic daytime sleepiness, I was finally diagnosed with a sleep disorder and am slowly getting better each day under Dr. P's care.
