If I could give 100 Stars I WOULD! 3 weeks ago I walked into Dr. Russo's practice extremely skeptical. I had gone to The Joint previously and my experience was lack luster, they never adjusted my problem areas and although I would feel relieved (sometimes) after an adjustment, the pain would be back the next day. Dr. Russo changed my entire outlook on chiropractic's. For 7 years I have been carrying around compounded injuries from football and powerlifting. I was completely unable to turn my head to the right. My upper back was constantly in pain and it was effecting my sleep, my family time, and just about every aspect of my life. Well, sitting here typing this after 6 appointments I have gained complete range of motion back in my neck, my sleep has been better than I can ever remember and I am able to throw my kids up in the air and play with them. I cant put a price on what she has done for me. She found the problem went after it and fixed me! Dr. Russo routinely affirmed her goal was to fix me and not just put a band-aid on the issue. She followed through on that promise and I can not say enough good things. The staff is so friendly and will make you laugh! Please, if you are a skeptic like I was go give Dr. Russo your time and let her work her magic she is the REAL DEAL. This was life changing, I did not realize how much better I could feel and figured I was going to live in pain for the rest of my life because of sports injuries and powerlifting without properly stretching and after care. Dr. Russo showed me I didn't have to live in pain and the body can be healed by putting things back in the correct place. Dr. Russo gave me 10 years back on my life and made me feel like the 28 year old man I am and no longer like an 85 year old! (no offense to 85 year olds lol) Please please if you can relate to this and you are living day to day with horrible pain that effects every aspect of your everyday life go let Dr. Russo save you. She will!

(Please note, I'm posting this review after my 4th visit. My 1st visit was 2/24. I wanted a few visits to give as accurate an account as I could. Yes, it's long. Tl:dr ????) Over the last several years, I've gone to many many providers. Primarily starting with a cancer diagnosis in 2017 and then auto immune last year. (I was introduced to chiropractic care over 25 years ago for low back pain maintenance, but in recent years, it became important to me to balance all the medical care with alternative.) And as many will know, not all providers are equal. To find someone who is smart, trustworthy, compassionate, AND effective isn't easy. You can often tell a lot from the administrative staff alone, before you see the specialist. So having recently moved to the area, I knew I wanted to find a new chiropractor. (I like chiropracty in general but have had a severe nerve impingement in my R side for over a year.) Noticed this office while driving by. Did the Google search of local options, read reviews & decided to give them a try. So firstly, Pat who runs the front desk has been there a few years (good sign) is so warm & welcoming (let me in though I arrived before they opened on accident). But just had such positive energy and confidence about Dr. Russo and the practice. She showed off the bat, they all had great team work & communication. Dr. Russo took her time during the initial evaluation though she had a full house. Her attention was on laser focus but though we were discussing the plethora of issues, you could tell her neurons were firing forming a plan but didn't make me feel like someone attached to the issue. She really made me feel seen and honestly just not alone. Which chronic pain & health takes a huge toll on mental & emotional health. She even acknowledged that trauma was playing a part. So simply, when she said she could help get me to a better place - I could believe her. After being in a broken body for so long, it was just a relief then & there. The shoulder/arm limitation wasn't going to get fixed in 1 or 2 visits, but you can tell she & the task would stick with you. So visits start with hot or cold therapy (and stim if needed.) Dr. Russo has very strong hands, definitely can get things moving during the adjustments, but has a whole toolbelt at her experienced disposal. She does assisted stretching, works pressure points, includes myofacial (deep) massage. It hurts. Sometimes a lot. But it is a good hurt, that is healing. And she listens. Does not push you beyond, will go at your pace, can back off but also cheer you on & make space of you need to breathe a minute (or cry lol.) By the end of visit one, there was improvement in a part of me I was ready to give up on. Even more after visits 2 & 3. But again, I'd been dealing with this for over a year & have chronic issues underneath it all. For my 4th visit, I had a combined appt of 30 min massage therapy & then an adjustment. Allie, who was a nurse prior to this, is equally amazing in her skill, knowledge, & you know you're in good hands. And yes, it hurt - lol - but she constantly communicated, checked in, let me know what she was doing. And she & Dr. Russo gave me good education on what to do at home to help myself along the healing too. It might sound weird, since it's a business, but I think their goal is to meet you, get you better, then rarely see you! They don't push things or go overboard. They're honest about their opinions and generous with their knowledge. I chose to do private pay rather than try to bill my insurance, but their office will bill carriers for you. First visit included xrays. She likes to schedule 3 close visits to not lose any ground gained (muscle memory is real). Then once a week to every 2 weeks. So obviously there's lots I like there & I feel lucky to have found them. I mean this is my body, for better or worse, that I'm in for the long haul - so finding a place that's helping me get it to the best place possible AND that has helped me even this much in 4 visits, I'm not gatekeeping & am happy to recommend.

Dr. Laura and team are the best! I saw her for sudden unexplained vertigo and within a couple of visits/adjustments, she got it under control. I would highly recommend her!

I just had a baby who, from around 31 weeks, was in a transverse lie for several weeks. I let Dr. Laura know at 34 weeks, and she worked the Webster technique on me. Baby flipped 180 degrees to the other side, which was good news that he moved. At 35 weeks she adjusted me again, after which I felt a lot of movement for a day or two. Later that week, ultrasound confirmed he had turned head down! I’m pleased to say he stayed down and I had an uneventful delivery, thanks to Dr. Laura. Even if your baby isn’t transverse or breech, chiropractic care can help alleviate pain that typically accompanies pregnancy, as it did for me. Plus the half hour massage with Ally was wonderfully relaxing. I always looked forward to my weekly sessions. I definitely recommend Dr. Laura to my fellow moms!

This place has been the best thing to happen to me during my pregnancy! I was in so much pain with lower and upper back pain and truly I was just miserable. Since coming here I feel like I have my life back. I can sleep through the night again and after just a few visits my back pain was significantly better. If your pregnant do yourself a favor and come get adjusted. I promise it will be one of the best decisions you’ll make for yourself and your pregnancy. Not to mention everyone and I mean everyone is so friendly and makes you feel great and welcomed. I absolutely love coming here and I truly believe you will too!! Dr. Russo is amazing! I walked in there one day barely being able to walk, and by the time I left I was feeling terrific . She is truly a gifted doctor.

My husband has an old spinal injury from the Navy. 14yrs. later, last fall, he hurt himself at the gym. Trying to avoid what he thought may be surgery, he went to Dr. Laura bent over in severe pain. She made it clear she could not make any promises, but she would try. Within a few visits he straightened out. A few months later, he's in the gym daily. It's because of Laura's success with him that I was willing to try. I had a triple neck fusion, and triple lumbar fusion. I was in so much pain daily I actually broke down in front of her (not my best moment). She was calm, kind, secure, and most importantly didn't push. From the moment you walk in, you feel cared for by everyone that works there. Dr. Russo doesn't rush in and rush out. She spends as much time as she needs to help you feel your best. After having 36 hrs of agonizing & excruciating pain (and that’s no stretch of the imagination) from an old football injury, Dr. Laura & Ms. Pat accepted me as a new patient, turn my pain around, and my quality of life around. I thought it was over for me but after 2 sessions I am 90% back to normal and yes, I will be going back to have maintenance to optimize my health . It’s amazing how an old-school hands on approach makes a world of a difference. I can now rest and see myself playing with my kids as they grow older. Dr. Russo is incredible! I was dealing with chronic head aches and dizziness from an ear cleaning and after a few adjustments my symptoms disappeared! I highly recommend her services!!! Love love love her!!!!

I work in the medical field & as strange as it sounds, I was (and slightly still) afraid of chiropractors. My back had gotten so bad that I had no choice but to go. I was in so much pain that when Dr. Russo would touch my back, I would start crying. Dr. Russo and Pat are so amazing, caring and empathetic. They understood my worry but also understood my desperate need for correction. They always welcome me with open arms, smiles and reassurance that everything will be okay. And they are right. I have been in pain for so long, I had forgotten what it felt like to not have pain. My experience seeing Dr. Laura has been excellent. I have seen great improvements in my lower back pain since starting treatments. Dr. Laura is friendly, honest and incredibly knowledgeable. The office manager, Pat, is so outgoing and kind. Pat makes all appointments and insurance handling such a breeze.

I have been a chronic sufferer of upper back pain and Dr. Russo has been helping me deal with that for years. I highly recommend going to see her!

I am a teacher who is sitting all day in front of a computer for digital teaching. I was having lots of pain in my back and neck. My husband called Dr Russo office and talked to Pat. She was wonderful. Dr. Russo has made my pain disappear. I am doing so much better. My husband is now going to Dr Russo as well.

I started seeing Dr. Laura during my 2nd trimester of pregnancy, due to severe pelvic pain that limited my ability to walk/stand for longer than a few minutes. She was able to safely adjust my pelvis, which helped me continue to be active for the duration of my pregnancy. My only complaint is that I didn't start going earlier in the pregnancy! In 1987, I crushed my right ankle. Since then, it has been in constant pain and swells to twice its size daily. All the orthopedic surgeons I have seen told me the only way to “fix” it was to fuse the bones thus eliminating any movement. I went to see Dr. Laura Russo, for the first time to get a back adjustment and during my consultation I told her about me ankle. She said let’s look at it and then adjusted it. It has been over a month ago and since then I have been PAIN FREE with NO SWELLING! Dr. Laura proved the surgeons wrong! I absolutely love Dr. Russo. I’ve been coming here for about a year and she has helped fix pinched nerves in my neck and now my lower back. I remember the first time I came here I was crying in pain and she fixed me right up! I will be a forever patient to her! Definitely recommend! She and her staff are the sweetest!

I was out hundreds of dollars in orthopedic visits and splints trying to address the lingering pain in my wrist. Right before I was to get a pricey MRI, Dr. Laura told me this was something that could be fixed through chiropractic. She was right. The pain that lingered for most of a year subsided after just one visit and was gone after just a few visits. She is amazing and her staff is so friendly. I called Dr. Russo’s office because I threw out my back and was in excruciating pain. Even though I was a new patient, I was able to be seen quickly. She was very thorough and had x-rays completed before my initial adjustment. Additional treatments of heat, electric stim, pain relieving gel, and ice were also incorporated into my treatment. I was already in less pain by the time I left the office and my pain was significantly reduced by the time I returned to the office 2 days later. All staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I am a registered nurse and I've had foot issues for the past couple of years. I have seen podiatrists and physical therapists and it has helped some.. Luckily, I was able to find Dr. Laura, she is a miracle worker and believe it or not right here in Suwanee! I love her holistic approach. She treats the whole person, not just your spine. Dr. Laura goes above and beyond by also treating your extremities. After only a few treatments my feet felt wonderful! I started seeing Dr. Russo around last October due to great deal of upper and lower back pain, including my tail bone. That was my chief complaint at the time. My experience so far has been great. On my initial visit she took x rays, spoke to me about what was going on and started her care of my needs. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, clean facility, times that meet my needs, and costs that do as well. Great experience so far. I have already referred several people to her. I started to have bad hip pains when I was 20 weeks pregnant. I called the office and they fit me in that day. I was worried about going to the chiropractor while pregnant but she is very knowledgeable about adjusting pregnant woman and it made me feel at ease. I have suffered from chronic neck pain for the last decade and have been seeing Dr. Russo for several months along with my son (14) who is a year-round swimmer. My neck pain/migraines have significantly been reduced in the relatively short amount of time I have seen Dr. Russo and my son has been feeling excellent for his daily swim practices and meets. Dr. Russo listens to me and my son and tailors her approach to our needs. A massage therapist is available before adjustments to help relieve tight muscles causing flow blockages and pain. I tried another chiropractor several years ago who was pushy, sold care plans and pushed vitamin upgrades. I was reluctant to try another. However, I was pleasantly surprised with Dr. Russo and her staff! I came in with concerns over arm tingles, neck pain and lower back pain. After 3-4 visits those concerns were alleviated. Additionally, I’d lived w limited range of motion and tightness of a calf and ankle. Six adjustments in and my ankle has straightened significantly with increased flexibility! I’m impressed with the kindness and knowledge of the staff. The the therapeutic massages are beneficial and the fact that insurance covers the visits is a plus. A friend recommended me Dr. Laura Russo when I started having aches and pains due to pregnancy. It’s a 40 minute drive for me but let me tell you sooooo worth the drive. I originally started going to a place closer to me and I felt like just another patient waiting to get adjusted, this experience was a night and day difference. Dr. Russo is amazing and she really takes her time on you, stretching and adjusting as needed. Within one visit my aches were gone and I’m going to keep on coming until I give birth. I have been seeing Dr. Laura for over a year now. I must admit I was PETRIFIED and a skeptic going to my first appointment. However, I was in a lot of pain in my right shoulder and neck area from tension and extended hours on a laptop. I had wasted so much money on inferior massages that I was at my wits end. Dr. Laura recognized my apprehension on my first visit, and she promised me she would take it slow...just give her 3 weeks. My shoulder and neck issues are chronic and stress/tension induced. First time at a chiropractor and I must say this was the best experience. She took care of my issue in a few sessions and fixed some others. All in all a great fun, relaxing and environment. Doc had me on the floor rolling with laughter too which is priceless.

Have been seeing a Chiropractor for 30+ years in each state I have lived in and Dr Russo is one of the best I have had. This year, after years of feet problems and seeing a Podiatrist, working with a Pedorthist and other practices, Dr Russo explained the adjustment process she could do with my feet. 6 months later, I no longer see the "foot" doctors. Excellent Chiropractic practice! I started seeing Dr. Laura in late March 2016 for significant pain in my neck and back to the point where I had very limited range of movement. She took the time to do a thorough examination including X-Rays and explained the findings and treatment plan. After several visits my condition had improved significantly and by late April I was back to normal. I have been using Chiropractic treatment for 20 years and due to relocating numerous times I have been a patient of several Chiropractors. While this was not my first visit to a chiropractor, technically it was my second, it turned out to be the first time I visited a professional, personable, and knowledgeable neuromusculoskeletal doctor. I am very impressed with both Dr. Russo and Michelle. Michelle provided general explanations about the entire process including administrative “stuff” and the doctor’s overall process followed by Dr. Russo’s detailed explanations of my current condition, diagnosis, and treatment. After my first real adjustment, my only thought was “why did I wait so long”! She has already improved my range of motion and I am looking forward to feeling a lot better. I have been living with lower back pain since 1999, when I strained my sacroiliac joint after lifting something really bulky. I kinda just thought I'd have to live with it forever. After working in a really stressful job for the last 7 months, I started having bad neck/shoulder pain as well. My husband finally convinced me to see Dr. Russo and I am so very thankful. My neck was weirdly straight and the last two vertebrae in my back where basically sitting on top of each other. Now, I have virtually no pain. I am still healing but after my first adjustment, I was greatly improved and got out of bed the next morning and was able to stand straight up right away instead of my normal 30 second walking at an angle. Very Impressed. My fiance was in a car accident that totaled my car and left her out of commission. After a few weeks with Dr.Laura and her Massage Therapist she was back in action!
