I had an amazing experience with Dr Cain! She actually listened to me, explained my chart to me, and gave realistic advice and goals to meet. I’ve had experiences with bad doctors which is why I so greatly appreciate encountering a good one. I’d recommend her a million times over and can’t wait till my next appointment! ????

Very personable was not in a hurry. She made sure to explain everything to me.

Great care! I feel like a person and not a number. She took the time to understand my concerns and formulated a good wellness plan.

Absolutely awesome experience. Finally a doctor who listens, Understand, is knowledgeable and professional. From setting the appointment to finishing my appointment, it was a pleasant experience. I haven’t felt this optimistic and happy with healthcare in a very long time.

Dr. CAIN IS wonderful!! Very thoughtful and thorough! I was a mess with my weight management until I start seeing her almost a year ago.. I definitely recommend her to anyone struggling with weight loss this has been a easy process with her team!! Tiffany at the front desk as well is amazing !!!

Very comfortable visit.. She really explains your personal situation well. She gives hope when others just put you on maintenance meds. I felt good when I left.

Dr. Cain was vert professional, sympathetic and knowledgeable about my issues. She spent a great deal of time talking to me.

The staff and Dr. Cain are exceptional. They treat me like a human being & give me the confidence I need to know that I can do this! They are very responsive & understanding. Dr. Cain takes her time with you to answer any questions you may have & isn't quick to brush you off. If someone is trying to lose weight but having a hard time doing it alone, I'd quickly & adamantly recommend Dr. Cain!

Pleasant friendly caring good listener companion

Very personable doctor who actually listens to you.

Doctor Cain and staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Cain provided me with my best options. I would absolutely recommend Excelsis to those who need assistance with managing their weight loss.

Dr. Cain was really patient with me on the first visit. She explained my options without judgement and helped me understand my misconceptions surrounding this issue. Even when I got defensive (my fault, not hers) she was understanding and helped me through it. I was not prepared for my own reaction, but she was really great about it. Whole staff was great too! Also, (this is weird) I was very happy with the chairs there! I feel like I NEVER fit in waiting room chairs, but I had no trouble in any of them. It's that extra detail that shows a concern for patient experience. They took a touchy subject and made it a dignified experience.

wonderful experience

I was greeted by a wonderful nurse who checked me in and told me a little of what she was going to do to me and then she sat down and did my medical history. She took my vitals and then the doctor came in and she discussed the different things that we can try regarding my condition. I felt that she was right about my condition and there would be life and health at the end of the tunnel. I am very glad that my doctor referred me to her. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr Cain is the absolute Best!!! She spent more time with me breaking down my health chart than my primary doctor. She explained what her process is to help me move into a healthy lifestyle.

Dr Cain has been nothing short of amazing in the 2 months that I've been seeing her. She has excellent bedside manner and truly demonstrates a sincere desire to see me succeed. She delves to the root of each problem with solutions for all.. she motivates you to make better and sustainable life choices and encourages long-term behaviors that will stick. She is helping me reframe my relationship to food and has become my biggest cheerleader. I appreciate her candor and belief in me. Dr. Cain is great. She keeps her patients focused on their goals and does everything within her power to give her patients the tools they need to succeed. I have been a patient of Dr. Cain's previously and have been seeing her in her new practice, Excelsis Health for the last 7 months.

I was very impressed with the amount of time that Dr Cain spent with me. For my initial visit, we went through a detailed history and she answered a ton of questions that I had. Dr Cain has a very caring personality - great experience!

Doctor Cain is awesome. She was very helpful and professional about getting me back on track. Her office staff was also very professional helpful. I had Bariatric surgery in 2017 and lost 208 pounds. With the covid issues we were moved to remotely working. That caused me to loose activity. Now with Dr. Cain’s help I’m getting back on track. I really liked Dr Cain. My husband and I both saw her for help with weight loss. Dr. Cain showed concern and interest. She asked lots of questions about our physical activity as well as our eating habits. We were given our own individual plan which is bound to get us good results. We just have to stick with the plan! I went to see this DR, she told me with my first visit I would have (for free) access to other professionals within her office one time. They were insistent on setting the appts and I attended them. Then I was billed for one. Billed for one lousy 20 minutes visit with a psychologist who told me things I already knew. (I worked in mental health with addictions for years). Nevertheless stunned that I got a bill and have you ever tried to fight something like this? Nonsense that her office did this me.
