Dr. Brian Keith Nadolne

I trusted this man with my family my wife and I! My wife and I have been seeing Brian Nadolne for several years, until my wife told me that the nurse's always complain to her about me! And Brian Nadolne had my wife in a room by themselves and asked my wife why is she still married to me! This breaks hippa law, and is very unethical and unprofessional! We filed a complaint against him and practice, and now looking for attorney! I strongly recommend finding another doctor! I'm just glad he waited until I wasn't there! Dr Nadolne you're not getting away with this! You might think you did with peer to peer! We're filing a formal complaint against you and your practice with the proper people and a complaint with the Court, you think you can do whatever you want to people that don't have money! But you are wrong with me I'm a fighter and I will make a example out of you, with the Court and medical board!

One of the worst doctors. In my opinion.

This review is not for Dr. Nadolne but his staff. The receptionist Dylan was very rude. I work at a Dr's office that this office refers patients to and had a question regarding how they send their referrals because it was tying up our fax machine. She cut me off mid sentence with everything I tried to ask and had a snappy attitude. Front office coordinators should always have good mannerisms. Im blown away at how rude this girl was. He walked in the door and was immediately offensive and dismissive. I don’t leave reviews - but after less than one minute I told him “I think we are done here.” I would never trust my health to someone so arrogant. Also, that voice!! I could not take it!!

Knowledge and patient

I ignored the bad reviews and met with Dr. Nadolne and was impressed with his professionalism. That was the last good experience. No one answers the phone with all calls going to voice mail. Last week my wife and I placed 9 separate calls with no response. Finally reached operator and she said if I wanted to speak with the Doctor, I had to have an appointment. When I met with Dr. Nadolne and pointed out the lack of response plus many errors in the data in his patient portal, he had his office manager escort me from his office. Worst professional experience I have experienced in over 60 years. I would recommend no one waste their time with this Doctor. 9/17/21, Just reviewed info he posted on my Patient Portal from my LAST visit in August, and I am furious over the incorrect data he posted. If the portal manager will not correct/delete record, I will be checking with an attorney to determine what my options are to force retraction of his slanderous comments. I am so glad that I found Dr Nadolne! He never fails to make me smile when I go in for an office visit He's very patient and thorough with his explanation of things. He doesn't just run out of the visit but gives you his undivided attention. If you need to find a doctor, he should be your choice.

Unfortunately, Dr. Nadolne is only interested in how to make money. The rest(including professionalism, empathy and patient needs) is secondary. I moved on after 6 months... I only hope I had done this sooner as there are so many good doctors out there.

This is the worst Dr. I have ever had. I was seeing another Dr. in the practice who was suddenly gone and replaced with him. I am on 4 medications and have been for years. This Dr. was only interested in picking up copays. in 5 months he scheduled 5 appointments!! For nothing, only to write prescriptions!!! I have never seen anything like it. He should be investigated because i doubt I am the only one he has done this to. I just told his nurse today I am switching Drs., by her response I am guessing this happens all the time!!! I never had to wait to speak to staff over the phone. My longest wait time was 15 minutes. Dr. Nadolne is very personable and extremely detailed when it comes to your health. Easy to talk too. I highly recommend him as a primary care physician.

Being a patient of Dr. Nadolne for 16 years and have experienced good care from him. Easy to set an appointment, follows up and returns calls or emails. My experiences with him have been professional and positive.

Only interested in money! Everything else is second place including health care professionalism. There are some many better doctors out there... I moved and never looked back. The only regret I have is that I should have moved earlier.

A patient has given the wrong phone number to the office and the office just hung up on me when I asked them to call the patient and get the number corrected. I keep getting text and voice mails about the patients' appointment. Is this too much to ask?? How rude of this office staff

The staff is what makes up the doctor's office. The first and last impression, and they are definitely mediocre. Not friendly and they love to put you right to the voice mail which is a sign of laziness and just handing off to a machine is their specialty. When getting a routine physical, they forgot one of the labs, and they said, "it's okay, it's not that important and we can get it next year." Oh really, insurance companies would love that. My last PCP personally called to review the lab, but this doctor doesn't do that. Wonder if the doctor is aware of what is really going on with his office. Dr Nadolne was the worst Dr I ever had. Absolutely no bedside manners, seems to just be interested in making money. Very poor follow up after having surgery that revealed infection, didn't inform me of possible sickness from flu shot, office person with dog in her lap,would not release medical records to new doctor due to small balance owed when there was a time sensitive situation and talked negative about his own partner, Dr Phillips. Before becoming a NS staff doctor was terrific. Since then no callbacks, appointment for even a question. Can not be reached. Fails to followup on recommendation by other specialist for referrals.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nadolne's practice since 1999. I have been in good health and outside of annual physicals I have not required much other than an occasional referral to a specialist physician. Their annual examinations are thorough and lab or other testing results are discussed in a follow-up meeting. Suggestions for improving your well being are discussed at an appropriate time, either at the initial visit or in the follow-on session. I am very satisfied with Dr. Nadolne's practice.

He's a nice enough man but I find his main goal to be all about money. They immediately suggest you being one of their Concierge patients. This would allow you to not have to wait in the waiting room with the other patients (you get to wait in his office), you get to have his cell # (whoa) and you also get bumped up, allowing you to be seen before other patients. And all of this for a mere $1500.00 per year. Wow, don't Dr.'s take an oath? Shouldn't my care be the same as the guy with $$$?

Dr Nadolne is a well-educated, experienced family physician who practices preventive medicine as well as emergency procedures. I was having a heart attack and Dr Nadolne diagnosed it and had me in a hospital's cath lab within thirty minutes of my arrival at his office. Some patients don't understand that preventative medicine is a different approach than the treatment of existing illness, and suggestions toward lifestyle change are sometimes resented, as reflected by some of the postings here.
