Dr Paul is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He is very thorough and answers all of my questions and concerns. He doesn’t have one foot out the door when he’s talking to you like a lot of doctors do!! The staff is very friendly too!

Dr. Paul is always very professional and personable. He genuinely cares about his patients and spends the necessary time to answer questions and explain his care plan. The front desk receptionist and appointment scheduler were also very friendly and efficient.

Dr. Paul has been my doctor for 30+ years. He is the best! He is always personable, caring, and helps me to stay on top of my health through referrals, etc. He LISTENS and takes extra time when necessary. I have been with Dr. Paul for 12 years and have never been more satisfied with a Dr. He is personable, professional and very thorough. His staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I have never had an issue with his office. Yes, at times I have waited but that has happened with other doctors as well. Things happen that are beyond control. This office is a joke. Every single appointment I've had over the past 3 years has entailed at LEAST a 60 minute wait to be seen, with the longest being over an hour and 45 minutes. At the same time, I was told today that I had to reschedule because I was 15 minutes late for an appointment. Tried to call on the way and the line was busy. Absolutely terrible office staff. Will be finding another PCP. Do not recommend. This office is a joke. First of all I was told that I could go to any Avila lab and get my lab work done. So that’s what I did and when I got there they said they could not do the lab work because it had expired. How am I supposed to know that? Why don’t they check there’s a pandemic going on the appointment has been rescheduled several times of course it’s expired but we didn’t know that. So then this site says this office opens at 7 AM that is not a true statement. The person I talked with said I’m sorry for the misinformation. I had to go home and come back to wait on their call to let me know that Dr. PAUL had approved the new orders. What a fiasco. I am trying to stay out of problems with being around others because I am over 70 years old and instead I had to be there twice. Office staff not great. I have been assured by the doctors office that they are resolving the issues that caused the problems. I appreciate the doctor and the staff working to get this problem solved I like Dr. PAUL very much. He takes great care in listening and explaining his treatments. He really cares about his patients, and even volunteers his time to treat outside his very full practice.

This Office is a joke! Poor communication between the pharmacy and Dr. Dr Paul is super rough with elderly people I couldn't believe my eyes when I had dad in there. I wish I saw this with my own eyes years ago.

Dr. Anil Paul is absolutely the best Dr. I have been to . He listens to you and he really cares . Yes you might have to wait a while but I rather wait for a great Dr. then get in and out real fast with not so great dr.

Dr. Paul is friendly but the office is consistently in a state of dissarray, wait times for appointments can take well over 90 minutes, problems with billing are nearly always had, and office staff is hardly helpful. Will find a new PCP because I can't deal with the headaches this office continues to cause me.

Have been going to him for ~6years, very thorough and compassionate. Dealing with several issues and he takes the time necessary to get through them. Wait time a little long but don't mind because he takes the time to listen when it's your turn.

He doesn't just nonchalantly hand out medicine. He tells you what you need to know to be able to take your health into your own hands. Dr. Paul has always listened to me and worked with me on a personal level. I would say that even renews my spirit. When you go to him, you know you have someone who cares about you. Tammy is also a star.

Even though it takes quite a bit of time waiting on him in the waiting room, he never shorts me on the time I need with him. He listens closely and answers my questions in a manner that I understand what is going on. He's a great comfort to me and my husband as he has helped us get through my husband's cancer and survival. I moved to KY (from OH) in 2008, but I go back to him as my primary care physician most of the time unless its is an acute illness that I can't drive 6 hours (1 way) for.
