I would recommend Dr. Williams to no one. He appears knowledgeable but does not perform adequate tests to even accurately determine heart conditions. If you ask him any questions, he talks over you. He is incredibly arrogant and will not admit a misdiagnosis. Please get a second opinion if you are assigned this doctor.
