I believe he is the best doctor in Mansfield... very knowledgeable, compassionate.. he actually listens to you!!!

I am looking for a new doctor ever since he went to avita I cannot get my meds refilled and I have had to go without after I called it in 6 days ago to be refilled. And that thing that answers the nurses line should not have a job.

I think Avita is making him stop writing certain prescriptions. He left me without help and no taper or detox plan. One lose dose pill and it wasnt opiods. Shame on him. A doctor who will not fill a script without warning or notice should just retire. He has lost his compassion.

The receponist is pleasant but I dont like the fact that u dont even get your coat off and she is demanding co pay and insurance cards. I know this is her job but we also know we have to pay a copay.

The woman who answered the phone was very rude and did not have any hospitality. Definitely not a good impression on the office.

I would not recommend if you have chronic health issues. He didn't seem interested in helping me. Just seems to want to prescribe meds to make you go away. I didn't trust him for my care.. Some of the nurses were talking about him possibly retiring when I was there last. I think it would be a good idea for him to do so. The office charged an outrageous fee for medical transcripts, nearly the price of 3 office visit copays! My new office was even shocked when I told them how much I paid.

Not thorough. Not helpful. Didn't take my health needs seriously. I've had nearly 20 years of health issues and proven diagnoses and didn't want to help me. Not compassionate or good bed side manners. The one nurse is rude. Front office staff are okay. Office was hot and rooms are small.
