Dr. Ann Mecherikunnel

I have worked with this provider for many years and have the highest regard for her . She cares about her patients and is helpful and kind to the staff. Anyone who says otherwise is wrong.

This is the worst doctor I have ever known. She repeatedly and over months told my dad he had the flu. We had to go elsewhere to find out he in fact had leukemia. She told my mom she had a cold and couldn't be expected to have much energy at her age. We had to bring her information on type 2 diabetes and force her to test my mom for it which she did in fact have. The only reason my parents had her as a doctor is because she has this great gig at a local retirement home where she rakes in the money and hardly does a thing for her patients. She was even too cheap to hire an assistant to keep up with lab work. My dad had a test every Tuesday and the results were in the next day and she didn't bother to look over them until Friday evening and by then he had to be sent to the ER by ambulance to get his treatment instead of a simple visit to the infusion clinic. This happened over a dozen times and she simply didn't care about the difficulty she was causing him due to her own greed and lack of care. I should note she has no admitting privileges at local hospitals. Kudos to them for knowing how terrible she is and not subjecting other patients to her horrible lack of care. On her website she says she is "affiliated" with local hospitals, which is total BS. Do not let anyone you love anywhere near this woman. This is the worst doctor I have ever known. I am very pleased with Dr. Ann Mecherikunnel's medical care. I can be a hard critic of medical care. Combine that with an attitude of innate crankiness when I am not well and the result can be much less than pleasant. I am happy to say that I am always treated with professionalism and the outmost courtesy from the time I set up the appointment to my doctor's visit. Dr. Ann Mecherikunnel is an excellent diagnostician, a great professional, attentive to details, and willing to answer all the questions I have (because I research everything on the internet and come to the interview prepared for the worse!). Excellent care from this wonderful physician. Office staff is top notch.Always enjoy my visits with no being hurried out the door.She has a common sense approach to medicine that few have these days. Her patients all seem to love her

She is an excellent physician with great diagnostic skills and attention to detail. She literally saved my life by making sure that my blood thinner was reinstated after surgery - which it had not. She was not even on the surgical team. I can only say good things about her, and would recommend her to anyone who wants outstanding medical care.

I have received excellent care over the past 10 years from this remarkable physician. I have always felt cared for and supported from the time I set up the appointment, to the time I am being examined and treated. Diagnostic skills are excellent, instructions for treatment clear, and follow-up part of the experience. Dr. Ann Mecherikunnel is the best doctor ever!

Virginia and John Kinniburgh are patients of Dr. Ann Mecherikunnel. The doctor is an excellent diagnostician, caring physician and has a net work of superior doctors in every medical field. Dr. Mecherikunnel inspires confidence in her patients and we are very fortunate that she is our physician.

Dr. Mecherikunnel is that physician that we all hope to find...knowledgeable?, caring, and more interested in her patients than the clock. She is truly special.
