Dr. Kurt Gregory Rodney

I was in pain and sick from a sinus infection which is re-occurring with me this time of year. I belong to K-P which does not have week-end hours, unfortunately. Dr. Rodney said I have not been sick enough long enough to get an antibiotic. He had a care-less attitude and am so grateful for my regular doctor at KP. He was worthless for me and my medical condition. Would absolutely NOT recommend him to anyone.

This dr rudely accused my wife of lying to procure medication for her knee. She had recently fallen down the stairs while carrying our three month old and because she had an existing 10 day prescription for Tramadol, which is basically fancy Tylenol, this rude old fart of a Dr yelled at her with my child present, and called her a liar trying to get meds prescribed. My wife has an ortho appointment in four days and wanted to have something to allow her to walk around and care for our son for the next few days. All she wanted was either a cortisone shot or four more days of tramadol and for that she was subjected to disrespect. My husband went the Inova urgent care in Purcellville after having a high fever and being short of breath. Dr. Rodney did a test to determine that he did not have the flu and sent him home. Two days later, my husband was rushed to the emergency room and didn't leave the hospital for a month. He had acute leukemia and a simple blood test or some intellectual curiosity would have found that. Dr. Rodney should be avoided at all cost. Dr. Rodney is the worst doctor to see in an emergency situation. Does not listen to your concerns or acts like he cares at all. Don't waste your money to see him.
