She has been my PCP for 3 years. She is great. She Is very caring and take te time to listen you and help you with hour medical issues and concerns.

Absolutely the Best Team!!! I cannot say enough what a great Doctor and Staff they are… I would recommend to anyone… Very Kind and caring!! Doctors should all be like her!!

No come back never so terrible ????

This Dr is about money she wants me to come see her every 90 days so she can refill my bld pressure medicine. I asked her will I ever be able to stop having to see you every 90 days for my refill she said no. I said if I'm on the medicine hopefully not 5yrs from now I'll still have to see you every 90 days she said yes. Mind you I have no other health conditions pretty much healthy except for that. This was my 1st & last time going to them for my yearly physical. Dr. Joshi is very knowledgeable but the staff needs to really get up to the mark. They fall behind every time I call, dont ask basic patient name & DOB. Need to retrain them.

Dr. Joshi has professional expertise and is kind, the hallmarks of a good doctor. However, of late, the front desk staff are not so professional. Sometimes they sound rude.

Dr. Joshi is attentive, caring, and truly showed that she was determined to find the answer to my medical needs. I would highly recommend her. When she was with me, she was focused on me and not the next person waiting.

first Doctor is knowledgeable and i was satisfy with how she conducted my physical examination but they clinic does not follow through to anything. I called twice to get my lab results and they said they would call me back but never did. I gave them my phone number and my address and yet they got both address wrong and even though i did not request any special blood work than the standard they took my blood work to a Quest diagnostic without telling me my insurance does not cover it. At the end after 9 months a receive a collection notice about owing $82 without them giving me a call,email or a letter in a the mail. Let me start with the positives. Dr. Joshi was really kind & helpful. I want to appreciate and thank her! Now the downside is, if you are planning to schedule an appointment even on a weekday, please allow yourself 2-3 hours wait time. I had my annual physical done at this facility but the time between each tests took at least 30 mins. Be prepared to wait for 30 minutes for every test even if you are the only patient. Next, I waited to collect my prescription for about 15 minutes and nobody turned up. I was fasting that day so I couldn’t hold myself any longer, therefore I left home without collecting my prescription. I called the office again while I was halfway. The staff said the prescription was ready to collect. Drove my car back to the facility and there was still no one at the front desk. Waited another 10 minutes and asked a teen kid there for help. We have been patients of Dr. Joshi for 9+ years now, so this review is based on extended experience with her practice at the State Bridge Rd, Alpharetta, GA location. Dr. Joshi has seen us through some difficult and stressful health situations during this period. She has always shown exemplary competence and professionalism, accompanied by a courteous and humble attitude, in every visit. Unlike many medical professionals in today’s environment, she demonstrates clearly heart-felt empathy and compassion for her patients. Dr Joshi’s experience shows in the calm and quiet confidence in her diagnoses, which have consistently proven to be on-the-mark. The nursing and front office staff at this particular location are also consistently very pleasant, professional, competent and helpful. They do an excellent job of managing appointments, sending reminders, calling back with post-appointment follow-ups and handling prescription refill requests. Poor experience

Doctor is okay but staff is horrible and rude. I follow up for wrongly put code for routine exams which should cover by my insurance but due to their mistake it shows my insurance company does not covers and we had to pay for our routine yearly exam and blood work. Daisy once told me she sees mistake and she will correct it but since then after it’s been 3 months and many follow up calls no help. Last conversation with daisy rudely said you can stop see dr joshi if you have any problem. What kind of doctor office is this where one simple thing we are asking to correct and staff don’t care for patients. She knows it’s there fault but don’t want to except it. We have decided to go to different doctor now and because of their mistake now we have to pay for our yearly routine exam which should have been covered. I had a great expirence there. The staff and doctors were very kind, friendly, and acknowledgeable. I would definitely go there next time.

My experience there was magnificent. Dr. Joshi is a terrific doctor, she answered all my questions, and she is very professional.

My Doctor and staff are very helpful and friendly. Being new to Georgia, I don't think I could have found a different Doctor and clinic. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Primary Care Physician.

Dr.Joshi is terrific very kind and professional every time, I see her she does everything she is suppose to do as a doctor. I think by far she is one of the best doctors in Atlanta. She is an expert I believe in her field best. I have gone to other doctors I would recommend her to anybody. I had a super horrible experience with Dr. Asmita Joshi. She doesn't own up to her mistakes & mistakes made by her pathology lab. Went to the doctor for routine problem for which she gave me a blood test. When the results came, it showed super elevated levels of Vitamin D & super elevated liver enzymes. I told the doctor, I am vegeterian, this couldn't be possible dat I have high level of vitamin D She sent me for liver radiology. Then, more blood work.... This continued for a while.... when the report to my third blood work came, she realized that the first report was wrong on the basis of which she suggested me all the blood work. As soon as she realized her mistake, she stopped taking my calls. Then, we went to the clinic to talk to her. She said she would talk to the director of pathology lab & get back to us. It has been four months since... but no response. Moreover, we are getting bills for the incorrect lab results... Super frustrated.. I had a super horrible experience with Dr. Asmita Joshi.
