Dr. Robb and his team are amazing, hospitable, and extrodinarily caring. I had a rhinoplasty on 5/5/2022 and am beyond happy with my results. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I first visited Dr. Robb seeking treatment to relax my masseter muscles and try a touch of under eye filler. Mere months later I’ve added procedures I never thought I’d consider. What happened? Opportunity. The opportunity to be surrounded by a doctor and staff that listen, make gentle suggestions, and provide a wealth of expertise and detailed information. It started with my comment. ‘Ugh I really dislike my double chin! It drives me crazy, especially in pictures!’ For me it’s not about vanity or even aging. I am so happy I went with Dr. Robb for my rhinoplasty. Dr. Robb was the 5th or 6th doctor I saw for a consultation. As soon as I met with him, I knew he was the doctor I wanted to do my surgery. Outside of his amazing abilities, what really sets him apart from all of the other surgeons I met with was his and his staff’s personality. Every other surgeon I met with were either dismissive, or really tried to push additional surgeries, including plastic surgery on my body. Not only was I not interested in that, it really only made me feel even more insecure about myself. Dr. Robb was the COMPLETE opposite. Not only was he (and his staff) so unbelievably kind, he also took additional time to explain to me how my nose works, and also found that I had some pretty major breathing issues that he wanted to correct (something other doctors didn’t even mention) he didn’t mention any other “imperfections” and really focused on getting my breathing right and making my nose look the way I wanted it to. He made changes to pretty much every component of my nose. I used to have an extremely bulbous nose with a large dorsal hump. He completely transformed it and I feel so much more confident in how I look. Healing wise; I had barely any bruising and felt like my healing process was significantly easier than the other experiences I read about with other doctors. I know I’ve said this already, but it’s worth mentioning again - I love his staff. From the front desk receptionist to the nurses that prepped me for surgery. Everyone was so kind and made me feel extremely comfortable. No one acted annoyed or frustrated by my questions, and the nurses made me laugh when I was anxious right before surgery. Dr Robb is an angel and his staff are heaven sent goddesses. What Dr Robb does is art. He broke out the beauty in our features that we may not recognize or due to age and gravity has been lost. I was very hesitant to have anything done on my face. I went to at least 10 surgeons looking for the perfect one who could work with African American skin and cultural features (believe me, it's a thing!) Dr Robb under promised but over delivered. Last summer, Dr. Robb and his amazing team welcomed me into the practice as the first Undergraduate Summer Intern. I learned so many things working at Robb Facial Plastic Surgery, and this experience helped me confirm that medicine was definitely the right path for me. I recently saw Dani Yaxley at Dr. Robb's office for lip fillers. I was a little hesitant on lip fillers as I wanted a natural look. Hollywood Housewives, I am not. But she did a great job with natural looking fillers by helping round out my top lip to match my bottom lip, and she truly understood my concerns. I am very happy with the natural looking results. My experience with Dr. Robb and the entire care team has been phenomenal from start to current (two months postop). Everyone has been extremely professional and courteous. The staff are very knowledgeable and responsive. Dr. Robb is a very unique surgeon in the sense that he truly cares for his patients’ well-being and spends time to ensure his patients are comfortable and satisfied. He is an extremely talented surgeon, and not for lack of work. He is constantly working and learning to improve himself in his technique. He is the best kind of doctor to have on your team. I also work in the medical field, so I have a lot of experience with various specialists. I can tell you Dr. Robb is quite remarkable as a plastic surgeon and an ENT. Otherwise, the staff were extremely supportive pre-and post operatively. Answered all of my frantic questions. As far as my actual recovery, I felt fabulous within a few days after the surgery. Dr. Robb is truly exceptional when it comes to his work and truly cares for his patients. I was referred to Dr Robb by an Aesthetician who had used him. At our first meeting, I was very impressed with Dr Robb’s concern about what and why I wanted changed about my face. After discussing what I would like to look like, Dr Robb listened intently, he zeroed in on the first step. Dr Robb suggested a Buccal fat removal and using the fat to enhance my cheeks. I was completely informed about what the surgery would entail. Every detail was discussed. I am a retired RN and Nurse Practitioner. I have a high bar to evaluate medical practitioners and staff. The surgery went well and relatively pain free. Several days later I had a concern. WhitneyRN, asked me many questions and asked me to send pictures. Whitney asked me if I could get to their that afternoon. I was impressed with her concern. A change in the antibiotic solved the problem. I am enthusiastically writing this review of Dr. Philip Robb JR, staff and facilities at Robb Facial Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics. Dr. Robb recently performed full facial rejuvenation surgery at my request to include Face & Neck Lift, Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty, Buccal Fat Reduction with fat transfer and Co2 Laser. I absolutely love my results! I have regained my confidence and enjoy putting on my make up once again! The entire process was seamless. I felt safe and confident in Dr. Robb from our first meeting. I am 58 y.o. and the last few years I seemed to have aged more rapidly and I didn’t recognize the person I was seeing in the mirror anymore. Thanks to Dr. Robb that has all changed! Those close to me say I look younger and fresher while looking natural and like myself. Again, I love the results Dr. Robb achieved! I have been to this location for a couple of different treatments and every time has been a great experience. The staff is so friendly. I went to Dani for laser hair removal and she was amazing. She is so sweet and was super quick! If you are thinking of doing laser hair removal, Dani should be who you go to! I went to Sonya for a couple facials and my skin has never looked so good! I had a septoplasty with Dr. Robb a month and a week ago. His entire team is great and the office is nice! Dr. Robb is very friendly and thoroughly explains his work. You can really tell that he is passionate about what he does and cares for his patients! He called/texted me to check in after my surgery which I really appreciated. As for the surgery, recovery was not painful, just uncomfortable for a few days. I barely bruised and had minimal swelling on my face. I’m only 5 weeks out of surgery and my nose already looks so cute, but still has swelling. I do have a bump on one side of my nose and slight crookedness/asymmetry. These things were not issues for me before surgery so it is a bit concerning. I just hope that swelling is playing a role and things will improve with time. I will provide an update in a few months! I’m sorry it took me two months to write my review. I didn’t know where to begin in my praise for Dr. Robb and his entire staff. Dr. Robb was so patient in explaining the procedure to me. I had a lower face lift , laser resurfacing, and lower blepharoplasty. I’m 67 with an incredible amount of sun damage. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my surgery! Dr. Robb made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer my many, many questions. After the procedure he gave me his cell phone number ( which he does to all his patients), and he was totally accessible. Dr. Robb is an attentive and good surgeon. However I wish their patient coordinator wasn’t as pushy. I was unsure if I wanted to get a procedure done (that is irreversible) and I tried to cancel but I was told I’d lose my money and that the procedure isn’t a big deal and I should go through with it. I went ahead with it and a year later I’m distraught about it and regret getting it done. I will have to live with this forever and I wish their clinic understood and gave me a refund when I asked. If you feel that you shouldn’t do something - trust your gut and don’t let other people persuade you or don’t let the loss of money be the reason you get a surgical procedure done.
