Dr. Tiffani K Hamilton

I have been coming to Hamilton Dermatology for years to see Nancy D. But over the years, the wait time has grown to an hour & with this last issue, they have lost my business. I went in yesterday to have Nancy remove lipomas from my arms, but despite being very clear when I made my appointment, they believed I was there to have Nancy look at "spots" on my arms, not surgically remove fatty tumors. Mel apologized and told me to come back today at 3:00 - they'd get me right in, but I finally left after waiting 45 minutes. I wasted my time twice in two days and still never saw Nancy.

My name is Marguerite Germain and I am a dermatologist in Charleston SC. I want everyone to know what a skilled dermatologist Dr. Tiffani Hamilton is. And what a great PA Madison Hamilton is. I have to travel all the way to Atlanta to get my aesthetic treatments done at Hamilton Dermatology but it is beyond worth it. I look and feel better than ever!!! My filler, Botox and scerlotherapy treatments are perfect as always. Can’t wait until I get to see them again.

I just had my second Mohs procedure with Dr. Hamilton, and as usual, she did an amazing job. She’s an excellent diagnostician and surgeon, and no matter how involved the surgery is, the end result is always amazing! I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr Tiffani Hamilton was referred to me by another Dermatologist over 10 years ago!! He Knew How Great She Is!! Also my Esthetician did as well!! I drive 6 hours & wait for her expertise, her cutting edge information & her gracious application!!! When you find the Best make sure You Benefit as well as those for whom you Love & Care!!!! Becky, Jennifer, Melinda, Jennifer - Dr H surrounds herself with the Best!!

They were good at sending me reminders to show up. An hour after my scheduled appointment time I ask when I am going to be seen. They come back and say at least another 30 minutes. They also said "you know how dr's offices run behind, dr hamilton's is worse." I walked out as I had other things scheduled. I know problems pop up, but there was no update until I asked for one. When I arrived and saw all the people in the waiting room I thought - how much do they overbook?? Others say this too!

Dr. Hamilton is caring, kind and super talented. I have been a patient for over 10 years and would not think of going elsewhere.

I've gone to Dr. Hamilton for years. She is so knowledgeable and empathetic to all skin concerns. I've also spent considerable time doing laser treatments. Jennifer Derby is an excellent technician who is so detail oriented and really seems engaged in her work! The whole staff is very professional. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hamilton's for over 17 years and treated for various dermatological issues. No matter how small or how serious the issue is, Dr. Hamilton has always showed real care and concern about my situation, like I was her only patient! I have been seeing Dr Hamilton for 15+ years. She is phenomenal and a true perfectionist. She also happens to be the most talented filler expert there is! Her wonderful bedside manner and attention to detail ensure a fantastic outcome every time. Dr H and her staff also treat me for terrible rosacea. I have tiny bumps, broken veins, and redness combined...lucky me! She along with her entire team of talented professionals work together to minimize my symptoms and make me feel more confident.

Dr. Hamilton came thru for me with treating my sun damaged skin, like none of the other dermatologist I have seen over the past 20 years have ever done, or tried to do! When I asked her why she was able to treat it, and get rid of most of it on my arms and legs, and none of the other dermatologist had ever wanted to take the time to help me get rid of the ugly, red, blotchy places, she answered, "Because I believe in making people beautiful." And she does!!!!!

Dr. Hamilton is a thorough and seasoned dermatologist. Both myself and my 6 family members have been under her care for 10 years. I trust Dr. H to diagnose, treat and improve skin issues and I leave her office looking better than when I came in. Highly recommend!

Dr H has been my dermatologist and varicose vein specialist for over 15 years. She and her staff always go beyond to care for me.

Dr. Hamilton is absolutely amazing! She does have a long wait for some procedures, but can promise she is worth the wait. She goes above and beyond and is a master in her field. From skincare to state of the art laser options and everything in between, there is none better than she is. She stays on top of cutting edge research, tools and products and her office is beautiful. She is very personable and once with you ~ she is never in a rush and won't stop until she has done an excellent job.

I have never actually met with Dr. Hamilton. I've always met with a pa and have had a good experience. My parents however just moved here a few months ago and I referred them to Dr. Hamilton's office. My parents have been treated so poorly by the staff I will never go to her office again, nor will I refer anyone to her office. Rude, argumentative...I've never witnessed anything like it. There are too many dermatologists in Atlanta to put up with people like this.
