I been going here for 3 generations Dr. Chahaun is definately one of the greastest pediatrians I've known and the staff proffessional and helpful

Great doctor! He always makes time for you. If you leave a message he is very responsive. I have been taking both of my sons here for over 4 years.

I love how fast and efficient this office is.. never a disappointment. I definitely recommend this doctor.

Excellent! Doctor is caring and makes himself always available to his patients. When not in office, he responds when I call his cell phone.

Dr Chahaun is such a good dr and has been my daughter’s doctor for about 16 years.. He is caring and patient. He always takes the time to answer any questions that you have! I would definitely recommend him

My boys are 19,17 & 7 and have been going to Dr. Chauhan since birth and he and his staff have always been extremely knowledgeable and accommodating!

We have been going to Dr. Chauhan for over 17 years with our children. He is absolutely the best pediatrician. He's very detailed and patient with each of his patients.

Love Dr. Chauhan! He was the pediatrician for both my children. Im expecting a third and he will be this ones pediatrician as well. He is very caring and patient with the kids. Will always fit you in if something is wrong. Just an all around outstanding human being!

So glad i found Dr Chauhan for my kids. I have taken my kids there for a good number of years now. What impresses me the most about the Dr he doesnt mess around. And i find that amazing now days. Most Dr seem like there are doing assembly line doctoring. Not Dr Chauhan He is direct and to the point with everything. And his receptionist Is a great person and will bend over backwords to help.

Terrible. My toddler daughter had terrible constipation, his only answer was apple juice. She is was extremely behind developmentally, and he gave absolutely no recommendations, or even acknowledged that she was delayed. She was over a year behind in some areas! Total lack of care for the patient.

They fit me in same day for a very last minute school physical and I have been going here since my child was born 10 years ago

Dr. Chauhan is a great doctor! He was my doctor thru out my whole childhood & now my kids have been seeing him since they were born.. and they're 13 and about to be 15 years old.

What can I say, Dr Balbir Chauhan is simply the best ever! He is kind, empathetic, compassionate, understanding, non-judgmental, caring, gentle, absolutely professional and knows what he’s doing. My kids: 17, 22 and 28 years old all went to this doctor’s office since they were babies. My 17-year old is still seeing him. While my 22 and 28 years old refused to go to any adult doctors when they turned 18 years old! Whenever I showed up at his office with each of my 18-year olds, he perfectly understood what was going on. He will attend to them and in his gentle and caring voice explained to them why he could no longer be their doctor and why it’s important for them to see an adult doctor. My prayer now is that he doesn’t retire till my 17-year old son turns 18 in a few months. God bless Dr. Chauhan for being an Angel to our children ????????. I had taken my children to the pediatrician all 5 of them were seen in a timely manner and were well taken care of and attended to!

Unfortunately, there was often miscommunication with Dr. Chauhan's reception: I completed authorization of record release forms for my children, to retrieve their medical records from their previous Pediactrian, but his Receptionist would call us and say that the children were due for Physicals or Vaccines and when I brought the kids to their appointment, I was told that they didn't have records of the children yet and that they wouldn't be seen that day. This happened more than once, and when I asked why would his staff requests for me to schedule the children if they couldn't be seen, Dr. Chauhan's response was, "I don't have time to check before you come. That's for you to figure out." So I tried to explain the miscommunication with his Reception, and his response was, "If you are unhappy and don't like it you're welcome to find a new Pediatrician". I didn't say that I was unhappy, I just expressed my concerns about the lack of record keeping and coordination, and was told I'm being complaintful and I can get over it or leave. That's very poor customer interaction and makes no sense to expose my children, during this Pandemic, if it was unnecessary for them to be in a medical setting.
