I was calling this hack on behalf of my mom. She was rude, told me I was irritating her when I did nothing wrong. Hung up on me. She clearly has mental issues and from the likes of the other people reviewing her on other sites, she does the same with everyone else. I had to call her on behalf of my mom to get a prescription from her. She berated and yelled at me when I was trying to explain my mother's condition and she yelled to answer yes or no. She is beyond unprofessional. Needs to retire or get investigated.

I frequently recommend Dr. Prosser to friends. She actually looks at you when you are speaking and then takes notes. Her face isn't directed toward a computer screen, which I find reassuring. She understands that the patient can tell you as much in body language, as she can verbally and Dr. Prosser pays attention to those queues.

Her bedside manner is atrocious!!! She is very gruff and abrupt. The nurse Tech tried multiple times to get a vein while talking about clubbing and using the f-word very unprofessional!! The front desk lady is snarky and rude. She is the only doctor in this residential house and its clear that is because she has the most abrasive personality I have ever encountered from a medical professional. She'll sit there and lecture you like a disappointed parent, i mean theres just ways to say things ya know. In closing AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! Her bedside manner is atrocious!!! Avoid at all costs her bedside manner is atrocious!!! I have never in all my life experienced such an abrasive and blatently rude medical professional. The front desk is a cantankerous snarky mess with an inept nurse tech to boot who used cus words and couldn't even find a vein when my skin is near see through. Shes the only one in this residential home turned doctors office and it is quite clear why that is! Don't waste the time or aggravation......

I would recommend Dr. Prosser because of her kind and understanding manner. She is genuinely concerned about her patients. Getting an appointment is not difficult. I have had to get same day appointments with little trouble. She was also conveniently located to my home.
