As a parent I LOVE Dr. Firth and her holistic approach to care. She has never dismissed my thoughts/concerns or down played what our family views as a serious issue. She is there as a supportive, informative team player to help guide us through decisions, options and even hard times. She has truly helped our family and will sing her praises to everyone.

I love her! She saved me in a dark period of my life. I’m a forever fan! I recommend her to anyone struggling with themselves or their circumstances.

I love Patsy Firth so much, she’s phenomenal. You might have a wait to see her or to get an appointment, but it’s always worth it! When you’re in the room with her she’s always thorough, patient, positive, and very interested in everything you have to say. I have a family member who goes to see her, too, and even they agree that it feels more like visiting a family friend than it does visiting a psychiatrist! I love that she doesn’t rush into putting you on any medication, but rather invests the time into painting a holistic picture of your mental & physical health first to determine what the best treatment plan should be. I also love the gene testing she does to find out which medication is more likely to work well for you. I started seeing her on February 4, 2019, and now nine months later I can look back and attest that I have noticed a MASSIVE difference in myself (my loved ones agree)!!!! I used to get extremely depressed, but now I very rarely cry or feel down. I can think clearly, I have energy, motivation, and I genuinely enjoy living again - I think everyone deserves that for themselves! I know some people might not be willing to share publicly about their own mental heath issues since there’s so much stigma, but if sharing this review means I can help lead someone in the right direction, I don’t care who else looks down at me for admitting to needing help. Getting it has changed my life, and Dr. Firth is the only person I trust in this regard (I’ve had some nasty experiences with other psychiatrists trying to put me on things right away which my body did NOT react very well to). Also, if you ever have any concerns, she’s VERY accessible and always returns your calls. Lastly, the girl at the front desk is a sweetheart and the most hardworking woman I’ve seen in an office like this! She’s always there, by herself, handling all the busy work with insurances, scheduling appointments, etc. I’ve been there, done that, and I could never do what she does alone... plus she stays super calm, upbeat, and professional about it! Lovely place overall with the best staff. I would give them more stars if I could. I love Patsy Firth so much, she’s phenomenal. This woman is an absolute fraud of a doctor who fails to take into account medication in regards to patient behavior, and will completely disregard that factor entirely in an attempt to deflect responsibility of the patient’s well-being away from her. Don’t even bother with this charlatan.

Dr. Firth is the ONLY psychiatrist who has ever taken the time to listen to what I have said and the symptoms I have described. She is careful and conservative in prescribing new medications. Even though my insurance no longer covers my visits, I have chosen to stay with Dr. Firth as a cash patient rather than find someone else despite the fact that others may be covered by my insurance.
